I walked him through it in detail, explaining each number and what they meant. I assumed he could either do it, or send it to someone who could. They came back as rectangles (see photo). He offered me no refund for his error, not even the spread between what I paid and his cost. He could've easily taken back the two 45" x 32" glass panes, which could've been used for other clients without issue. Instead, he cheated a long time customer out of $1750 without so much as an expression of regret.
