The quality of the frames and service here is truly incredible. From start to finish the service was phenomenal. I was wholly overwhelmed with the number of options for both the frames and the mats, and he took time to narrow each down with me to come up with something better than I could have imagined. The options here are LIMITLESS. I did not expect my pieces to be completed so quickly. I am truly impressed with my experience here. I already have ideas for several other pieces of art that I've been sitting on for a few years. 10/10. I would recommend without hesitation.

While they didn't have what I needed for this weird shaped/sized poster he's got, she did have some great suggestions and also offered custom framing as an option. We soon got down to business for the party, and the gentleman by the registers walked us up and down the aisles to get exactly what we needed, and even gave cost-saving options for some stuff. When it was time to check out, he set up my daughter's account and made sure she was getting all the available discounts. Blick is a great store that knows their stuff inside out, and sincerely wants to help with your arts and crafts needs!

However, I've noticed a consistent pattern that's made me increasingly uncomfortable. Each time we're in the store, the staff behaves as if we're being watched closely--asking if we want items held at the counter or having an employee follow us under the pretense of folding shirts while we browse. I've spent over $100 here so far and don't appreciate being treated with suspicion. Having worked in retail myself, I'm familiar with the signs of someone being monitored because they're assumed to be stealing, and that's how it feels every time I shop here. I really like the shop's selection--especially the Jellycats--but there are other local stores that carry similar products. I'm willing to give the shop one more chance, but if I experience this same treatment again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
