After bringing up the less than stellar customer service moment with management, they were quite nice and apologetic. Their response was great because we did spend over $1,000 to have our, I guess, substandard artwork-at least in the eyes of their "curator"- stretched to hang in our home. I'm embarrassed and sick that we got taken as badly as we did. I put it on my Chase credit card and have been disputing it since JULY!!! These guys are fast pushy fast talking *****'s. I never want to see them or their store again and I want to warn others to stay away. They have ruined our vacation time memory and wasted so much of our time disputing this piece of crap. I'm just sick. Run away as fast as your feet can take you. It's not worth looking at one item in their rip off store.
