After bringing up the less than stellar customer service moment with management, they were quite nice and apologetic. Their response was great because we did spend over $1,000 to have our, I guess, substandard artwork-at least in the eyes of their "curator"- stretched to hang in our home. It ranged from 50-80%. I bought an $8.00 box of Christmas cards for $2.40. I also got, among other things a Wilton Linzer cookie cutter set for $2.49. It was a better deal than the cookie cutter set I bought at 50% from Crate and Barrel. The store can be a bit chaotic most of the time. there is so much stuff to look at, that I sometimes forget why I went into the store in the first place. Oh yeah, tissue paper. They have it, and I bet you can get red and green on sale right now.
