I don't have the patience to take the item to this person and wait in line until it is my turn to learn the price. I find this practice offensive and unprofessional. Many items that did have price tags, were priced extremely high. See prices on two ceramic rabbits at this sale compared to the ceramic rabbit on my patio for which I paid $5 at an estate sale.

Over time, the original pearl wore down, so I had it replaced by a jeweler near my home in California in February 2024. Unfortunately, during the process, they removed the beautiful dark patina shading around the pearl. Before heading back to Michigan for the holidays, I contacted Stefani & Co. (connected to Hex Detroit but I couldn't find the yelp page) to see if they could restore the patina. Cary responded right away, and when I brought the ring in, his son Jesse--who originally designed it--worked his magic. He not only restored the shading but made the ring look even better than before! They even did the restoration as a complimentary service, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I'll definitely return to them for anything else I need for my ring--it's worth the trip!
