The front desk sold me the wrong product and Pat caught it before it was loaded on my truck. He explained the difference and then helped me to get my refund. Angelo was on the phone with a customer, super helpful and friendly. While waiting I noticed what a strong communicator he is. He seriously gave the best customer support I've seen from ANY business in recent years. I'm in biz school, so he stood out. Wise to make him a leader. Very serious. next day I came back and again, JD helped me and was great to deal with. It sure makes a difference when good people like Angelo and JD not only provide really good service, but are genuinely kind. I previously wrote a review when I first placed an order for red oak shelves last month. Please…read morerefer that those notes, as this gem of a company is worth your attention. It took several weeks to dry my chosen red oak slab in the kiln and get the pieces cut, clear coated, and dried, but I picked them up yesterday. They are stunning! Since it will be several more weeks before I can get them installed, I thought I'd at least add in some pictures. Three of the shelves are more "normal" live edge floating shelves, but two of them are very interesting. One juts around a root, and this one for which I've included pictures has maintained its log-like shape, while they made the "top" flat for use as a shelf. When they are installed, hopefully in about a month, I will submit even more pictures! I highly recommend Colorado Wood and Metal for custom live-edge woodwork in your home!

Today I was there looking to get some things that were locked up and asked for help. The guy working looked at me and walked away. He was not helping anyone else. I finally got him to come over and he said he heard me. I asked him why he ignored me since he said he heard me and he said something kinda smart smartassish. I then asked to pay for them and he insisted I go up front. I forgot his name, but won't forget how he treated me. A couple of days ago I was there to pick up an item and he was too busy to ask me if I needed help so I came in a day later when I knew someone would be there to help me. The new guys in Sporting goods are not customer service oriented and possibly not very knowledgeable about firearms. Please find better people like Frank and James. If these yahoos are as good as it gets I will end my ten year streak and shop elsewhere.
