He was extremely nice and did his best to provide both my wife and myself with great service. Both of our cars (luxury and economy) had partial paint jobs of worn fenders, hoods etc. Color matching was imperative and they did a great job including feathering into existing paint. They repaired and painted a cracked bumper to look new again. And the price for both was very reasonable. To top it off he included a full detail at EasyAutoDetailing.com, a related business. He asked me to bring in our first car when we picked up second car. I was referred to Adam by Bob of Bob's Auto Repair. Bob has worked on a couple of my cars over the years, and began servicing my 65 Mustang. While driving the Mustang, I was in a major accident on the 405. The gears locked up, and I spun out and slammed into a concrete divider on the freeway. The car experienced extensive damage, and was all but totaled. My first call, of course, was to Bob to get him to arrange a tow for me to his shop. While at his shop, I asked him if he knew anyone he'd recommend to repair the body damage, etc., thinking the car might not be salvageable. Without hesitation, Bob recommended Adam, who drove right over to look at the car. I told him I didn't know if it could be saved, and Adam assured me it could. Although the process started out a little rocky and took longer than both Adam and I had expected, primarily due to the back and forth with my insurance company, the end result was better than I could've ever expected. I'll admit I have OCD, and am super critical with details, especially when one of my cars is being repaired. Adam was not clear with me at all.He would say something over the phone. I would text back in response to what he asked me to do and I ended up in my opinion getting scammed out of money and back to where i started. That's just my opinion/experience. I'm not saying that he is a scam artist. Also be careful texting with him because he will call you say one thing and then you will text him and he will later use your text against you- that happened to me! Ugh!! Don't bring your car here for any type of auto body work unless you don't mind being lied to or just ignored when trying to follow up. I was involved in a minor accident last December and I'm my car is still not done. The work is sloppy at best. They broke a clip on my driver side turn signal and the light was loose and almost fell of while driving home. Then they tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a part they ordered that never shipped. When I asked for the contact information for the supplier to verify if the part shipped and that there was a restocking fee they refused to comply with my request probably because the owner Adam was lying. They don't check to make sure everything is working properly before picking up your car. Now I'm taking my car to my mechanic to finish the work. The owner has zero communication skills and is often rude. I had to go to the shop several times just for an update. The previous owner Roy was great. I referred him a lot of business. Roy and his crew are absolute miracle workers when it comes to car restoration. My 1995 Camaro developed corrosion on the rear quarter panel and a fellow worker referred me to RP Enterprises. Not only did Roy replace the damaged area, he touched up other parts of my car to make them look "brand new". I got into a wreck that I was found liable for and was stuck with a bent front frame with many issues. every body shop and person I talked to said its not worth saving and nothing can be done. He told me it would be done within 2 weeks. He worked with my budget and said he will bring my car back to life. Throughout the next two weeks, Roy kept me up to date. Roy is awesome! When I got in an accident a few years back, a friend referred me to RP Enterprises, and the owner, Roy to get body work and paint done, and thank God he did! My Infiniti G35 was like new after he worked on it. He repaired the damage perfectly, blended the paint well and didn't cut corners. I used his services again this past month, after I had a hit-and-run accident on my Infiniti SUV. The other driver hit me at 70 mph on the freeway and left a huge dent on my right rear corner, damaging the body, the wheel and the tire. My insurance was only going to cover used parts in the body work. Roy went above and beyond, sourcing his vendors for new parts at lower costs, to try to keep within the amount that the insurance company was willing to pay on the job. He was able to get me a brand new bumper. He also checked the other tires that weren't involved in the collision and I replaced the ones through one of his vendors that were really worn. He got me a great price on quality tires. He not only cares about the quality of his work, but he cares about his customers' safety and happiness with the end product. It's as if he treats every car he works on as his own. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who is looking for paint and body work. Roy is a really nice guy. We've had a few cars come in to get work done here (one was in an accident, one needed some minor work done from some douche conoosh that clipped the side, and the third needed some parts installed and new paint job). Initially we were pretty happy with the outcome. It has only been a few years now (2015-2020) and we are seeing the condition/quality of the work that was done. Mind you we are very proud of and take very good care of our cars. The custom paint work that was done is chipping/peeling away like an expensive and longer lasting version of plastic dip. Some panels that were affected in the crashed car is showing cracking in the paintwork. Also, the roof of one vehicle is completely cracking (it looks like a cracked desert floor, see photo). Unacceptable for only a 5 year old paint job. The amount of money we put into these vehicles wasn't cheap. While being a nice person, the quality of the work is questionable. After only a few years time the paint should not fade/chip/crack as it has, especially with the upkeep that we maintain on these vehicles. I wouldn't recommend. read more
