If you are looking for work on your car, THIS IS THE PLACE! Please read the entire review so you can truly understand! I went to 2 other shops to get estimates before finding this one. When I spoke to Roy, the owner, I knew my car would be in good hands. This was my first time getting rear ended and all the information I was receiving from the insurance company was like a foreign language to me. Roy not only explained to me what the insurance company could not do in 3 different calls I made to them but also assured me that he would take very good care of my vehicle. I left my car in his hands to fix my bumper which the insurance would cover and the hatchback handle which I would pay for. He gave me a great price and better service compared to the other estimates I had received. During the inspection process he discovered additional interior damage done as a result of the accident. He kept me informed and gave me specific time frames. His follow up is admirable! When it was time to come and get my car, I realized how blessed I truly was to have come across Roy and his shop. As I saw my car for the first time, he said "Surprise!" In addition to the work on my bumper, the hatchback handle and the detailing... He fixed a MAJOR DENT I had done to the side of my car for FREEEEEEE! I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY AND GRATEFUL I WILL FOREVER BE! This job was easily over 1k. My car looks so good! So I backed into a truck and messed up my rear bumper pretty bad. I tried to save some money and called a couple mobile bumper outfits...both said the bumper was too damaged to repair...one said to take it to a body shop, the other said he would just buy a new bumper and use the paint code to paint it...come out to my house, and then install it. Well, he came out to install it, and the paint was too dark. He blamed the body shop that I had taken the car to before when I got side swiped and said they "blended" everything. He suggested that I take them bumper to them to get it painted....well, they didn't want to work with that bumper, and claimed they couldn't get a replacement aftermarket bumper..they told me to try again in a month. What??!! So I called RP (Roy) who had done work for some friends before...and I had seen the work that his crew does and it was outstanding. He used the bumper I had brought into the other shop...the car looks fantastic. He work around my schedule and kept me informed, as well as showed me the paint match before they started on the bumper. He even took care of some not so good work from the previous body shop. Best service I have ever had; in any industry. This is the best experience I have had with a company and I would downgrade every other review one star because this experience stands so far above the rest. RP Enterprises does insane work, and Roy is the nicest, coolest guy ever. He is completely transparent with what he is doing the whole time, and even sends you pictures throughout the job. You never have to worry about whether you are being swindled, because he is a 100% straight shooter. I got in an accident in my new Chevy Volt a month after I got it. Needless to say I was really worried about it. There was damage all the way to the frame. He had to replace the entire front of the car and all the panels from the front doors forward. It was $20,000 in damage. The guys at the dealership didn't even have high hopes for it. The car is tricky because of the crazy wiring in it and it is a plug in hybrid. Roy and his guys knocked it out of the park. The car is identical to how it was the day it rolled off the line. He had to rebuild the front frame, and he seriously did it so that the entire thing lined up. Every panel, every mount, every light, everything. I couldn't even tell that it had been in an accident. He sent me the pictures every step of the way too. I will upload them when I get a chance. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I have had issues with other mechanics and body shops in Hermosa Beach and the South Bay before, but Roy goes above and beyond to do an absolutely killer job. When the guys at the dealership saw it done they were literally asking where I got it fixed so they could take their cars there.
