Within a few hours of stopping in for an estimate I had a thorough estimate of the work to be done in my email box. Upon dropping my car off, Cesar was friendly and very patient explaining the reason behind each of the line items and why there might be ways to get it done cheaper but how that would impact the technology (sensors/cameras) underlying the damaged areas. And why their approach mattered. Follow-up ... after fully understanding the estimate I left my car in their hands and while they quoted three - five days, they said they would do their best to get it done within two to three days.
