Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.

He knows what he's doing and judging by the cars on his lot and shop, he's an artist when it comes to customizing. They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. On Yelp, it shows 1 review so I questioned Nomi why this business only has one review. Long story short, Yelp charges businesses for various things like promoting businesses and showing reviews. You can see all the hidden reviews at the very bottom of Wrap Clinic Yelp page. I got clear PPF on the front of Rav4. I really wanted this done in one day. They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. I would recommend people I know when they need PPF or other service.
