My first impression of this place was warm welcomed and genuine and they are not out to just hike up the price as a lot of shops do sadly to get as much money as they can from insurance claims rather then accepting truly both insurance and out the pocket. Short story, another driver turned into my car at a red light last minute without looking and hit my car. Nothing crazy but definitely noticeable on the front bumper. I agreed to get 3 estimates from 3 different place 1 place I have been to before and 2 others I never been before. I met Jeremiah and he was up front with a lot of information and just being real with me genially and I always appreciate that rather than adding unnecessary things to just make the prices higher as if they were trying to get as much as possible as a lot of places do with insurance companies. In my opinion the prices were fair and realistic and they will work with insurance and paying out the pocket customers. The turn around time of completion was very convenient for me but not expected. I rather always have the job done right of course first. The bumper was fixed perfectly and within a very good turnaround time so I did not need a rental or loaner car thankfully. The work was done very professionally and they were very nice and talkative with legit information on explaining everything with me. The communication was very open and made the whole experience easy and headache free. They have a lifetime warranty that backs their work for anything that worked on and fixed themselves. Also washed my car when my it was finished and ready for pick up. i believe on their website it shows any repairs etc. over $1000 a car wash will be included as well. I personally, had a great experience with my 1st time with Jeremiah and all of his team. I would highly recommend to at least meet Jeremiah and his team for an estimate and feel them out yourself. This family owned operation is one I'd recommend to anyone whose car needs body work, repairs,…read moredetailing etc. I had a leaky sunroof and the recent L.A. winter rains caused stains, musty smelling carpets and a wet mess inside. Thankfully insurance covered the repairs and clean up - this was the place they recommended, although in California we have a right to repairs at any place we choose. I absolutely wanted Farmer's recommendation because they authorize and guarantee the work. They expect 100% satisfaction every time and that's comforting. Nazareth, Nancy and team were friendly, professional and enthusiastic to make the repairs and I knew I was in good hands. They delivered the service as promised, on time and as expected. My car is clean and pristine inside and the visible stains are gone. I did notice a small stain later, but seriously the inside looks so nice - most won't even know it's there. I'm certain though if it made me crazy, I could without a doubt ask Nazareth and team to shampoo it away and they wouldn't hesitate. Easy to get to, only 4-5 minutes off the 110 freeway. And if you're a Farmer's customer you even have your own parking space! Nice touch. Terrific experience at this shop. I learned Nazareth doesn't advertise so his business is 100% referrals...the place was packed when I dropped my car and picked it up - if that isn't a testament to great service and great work I don't know what is. Within a few hours of stopping in for an estimate I had a thorough estimate of the work to be done in my email box. Upon dropping my car off, Cesar was friendly and very patient explaining the reason behind each of the line items and why there might be ways to get it done cheaper but how that would impact the technology (sensors/cameras) underlying the damaged areas. And why their approach mattered. Follow-up ... after fully understanding the estimate I left my car in their hands and while they quoted three - five days, they said they would do their best to get it done within two to three days. They have a platform that provided me with status updates ... but I have to say that I was most appreciative of the personal attention from Cesar ... the representative who gave me the estimate and was managing the service ... every time I called to nudge him on a completion as soon as possible (as I was trying to save on rental car expense) he could not have been more kind and patient making my very small job feel like it was valued. Outcome ... the repair - perfection. Timing, record breaking. Results = Brand new! And this was important because my car was fairly new and that first cut is always the deepest. The bottom framing was starting to fall apart and I could hear it dragging on the road as I drove. I called last Wednesday morning to see if I could stop by for a quote as I was nearby. The front desk said yes. I drove up and Chris saw me and took a look at my car and knew immediately what part needed to be replaced. He showed me a print out of the part that he would be ordering as well as the price for the parts and labor. The breakdown of the pricing for both parts and labor were clear and I also felt that pricing was fair so I decided to proceed without a second opinion. (To be fair, this work is fairly simple.) Chris explained that he would be ordering the parts and then when it arrived, he would call me to schedule a time that I could bring the car back for the repair. He estimated the parts would arrive in 2-3 business days. (I did pay for the parts upfront.) Chris called me the following day to tell me that apparently Tesla has increased the price of the part I needed and he further explained that if he ordered it for me, Tesla was going to charge a $200 shipping fee. He recommended that I buy the part myself from Tesla service center and pick it up to avoid the $200 shipping fee. He explained exactly the part that I needed ("front aero shield") and how much it would cost from Tesla. I did a quick search online about ordering parts from Tesla and how to find the correct part. It didn't take much longer than 15 minutes before I had the part ordered. Tesla sent me a confirmation a few minutes later that I could go and pick it up. Picking up the part at Tesla was easy too. Then I called Chris back once I had picked up the part and he told me that I could go in the following day (Friday) at 9am (also convenient time for me) so he could repair it for me. He told me it would take about an hour. I show up on Friday on time, and Chris is ready. They got it done in about 30 minutes and charged me for 30 minutes of labor. They refunded me the difference for the extra I paid (since I had prepaid the part) and I already see it credited to my card. Overall, they were very easy to work with and communication was perfect. I had a fairly simple problem and they solved it for me within a matter of 3 days. I also very much appreciate Chris saving me $200 shipping fees. These are some honest people that I would love to do business with again when it's needed... nobody wants car troubles of course, but I am glad these guys are around if I need their help.
