If you want professional towing services, this isn't the place you want to employ…read more They came onto private property, refused to say who authorized them to tow a car, the driver said he didn't know why he was here and it was none of my business who sent him. I was standing on the side of the roadway when the driver got into his truck, I yelled that he was hitting me because the truck rolled backward, he turned the truck on and backed into me, I screamed several times and he kept backing up. He got out of the truck and I yelled that he hit me with his truck, the response he gave was oh well, you shouldn't have been standing there. When he refused to provide any information as to why he was on the property, he made himself appear to be doing something that was not all the way legal. When he backed his truck into me knowing I was standing there, he broke no law apparently. The law only protects criminals or people acting in malice. I called the tow truck office and was told by the person answering the phone that it wasn't my business and she had a job to do so she hung up. Beware. You don't want this company responsible for your car or your safety.

My husband was in need of a Tow Company immediately and the usual guy we go with was not available…read more So I decided to look online for a company. From past experiences, there are some pretty ghetto tow companies around so I was very surprised to see this one with a 4.5 Stars - so I decided to call and get more info (Thursday). Right away the representative was friendly. East to talk to and answered questions right away. He quoted me a particular price and to my surprise, it was more affordable than the usual tow guy we used in the pass. Keep in mind, the car that needed to be towed was not in an operating condition, it didn't start - so usually places will charge extra if your car doesn't start. So I told him that I would call him back on Saturday. So Saturday comes, my brother calls and gets another friendly representative. She quoted the same price the previous representative gave me and said that the tow tech would contact him within the next 10 minutes to confirm ETA. They take credit/debit card or you can also pay the Tow Tech Cash in person after the service. The tow tech texted my brother within the allotted time. I didn't realize how "hi-tech" the service was when it provided the name of the tow tech and it gave me a link to confirm service, I thought that was cool. The tow tech was named Nataly and I had second guessed myself. Yes, it was a woman's name. After confirming, a call from Nataly was received and she provided me with an ETA if 35 Minutes due to traffic in the area. Well, she arrived in an hour due to the previous customer leaving her keys in the tow truck. Which we didn't mind. She was transparent about the situation, Sh!+ happens. She was professional and provided good conversation as she towed the car to our storage facility. She went the extra mile to help tow the car into the garage space. Overall, the whole experience was professional and friendly. Smooth transaction and not ghetto at all. I would definitely recommend this place. They are available 24 hours and affordable which is a plus!

We actually had two separate tow jobs in one day. Chris helped us tow a motorcycle, and he was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Later, Shannon assisted us with a much more challenging situation involving a car that hadn't been moved in over 20 years. The tires were completely stuck, and it wouldn't even roll out of the garage. It was an extremely difficult job, but Shannon never gave up. He kept trying different angles and carefully maneuvering the truck to find a way to move the car. After a lot of effort and persistence, he finally managed to get it onto the dolly. During this time, neighbors were stopping by and unintentionally getting in the way, but Shannon remained patient, calm, and gracious throughout. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially under such challenging circumstances. We truly couldn't have done this without them. Outstanding service from both Chris and Shannon. We're so grateful for their hard work, patience, and dedication. If you're going through AAA and get LAX Auto Towing, you'll be in excellent hands.
