Much sooner than anticipated. He was in a flat bad tow truck, which dispatch told me wouldn't work for my situation. Long story short, Saeid took a look at where the vehicle was located, checked out a couple things with the car, and found a solution to get the car positioned in a way that he could get it on the flat bed. He got it done pretty quickly and had me towed to the dealership. I rhode with him there, which made for great conversation. Saeid was prompt, courteous, and good at what he does. It's to no surprise…read more However, my 5 stars are ONLY for the tow driver who worked at the location on Tuesday 03/03/2026 between 5-7pm. He was absolutely GREAT! He made us feel safe and he was working hard around the facilities. He was very kind and sweet. We had to pick up a vehicle from here. Note that they tact on 3% fee when paying by credit card even if 95% Of the payment is in cash. They still tact on 3% of the TOTAL fee of what WAS owed. Van Lingen also charges you a $70 fee in order to release your car. That fee is an additional fee that they are selling your car at the exact 30 days it has been in their possession. Like I said .... This is one of the most hated places in the South Bay.
