They made it so convenient for me and my insurance, so the process went quickly. Offered a tow service, so I wouldn't have to take time off work. Had my car finished in a little over a week! The work was pristine. I couldn't tell my car was ever in an accident, not to mention they fixed this funny sound coming from my driver's side! Unfortunately for me, my second accident was a total loss. They again offered me a tow, and were frequently in contact with me, about my insurance. I was happy to have my truck fixed here. I had a very complicated lift system and they fixed a bed that I brought, to the old system and also fabricated a mount for the bumper and supplied me with all of the strongest grade bolts and wired it with new wire. They just took care of the extra work without any hassle I saw a schoolbus getting repairs and some exotic cars and classics but I'm sure they do everything. My brother recommended this place to me last year since I had scraped the side of my car on a planter. I was very happy with the work that they had done on that car. I recently got a new car and bumped into a cement pole backing out of a parking spot. I went back here and they gave me a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I just got my car back and they did an amazing job with it. They wash the car for you after they finish fixing it. They even put armor all everywhere. They offer drop off and pick up service also, which I think is great. I was going to take the bus there today, but Jerry insisted that he drop off the car instead. A note on payment: They give you the option to go through your insurance or non-insurance. If you're not going through your insurance, it's best to pay by cash. They charge a percentage if you want to use a credit card to pay them. It's best to pay cash, but they will take a check. I highly recommend this place! I've never been to a different body shop, but I've been very happy with my experience with this body shop. read more

My Cadillac was in A Fender Bender, I got about 5 different Estimates from shops in the Southbay but failed to Visit Advance Autobody. My Uncle told me Advance did a great job repainting a few panels on his Lexus and recommended me to specifically ask for "Richard". Long story short... Richard Is Great, No BS, straight to the point,basically told me they could do anything I wanted to be done on my Caddy. They Replaced the Front bumper cover,Passenger side fender, front grill and a lot of other parts.I told Richard I wanted to enhance a few extra panels and they ended up painting the front and back bumper,the hood, the rooftop and pretty much the entire passenger side panels, I even had them paint my grill black, My driver side was in pretty good shape so I asked if they could wet sand/ buff it out. After 2 weeks I am very satisfied with the results, the paint looks like glass, No drips, No overspray, overall my Caddy looks better than when I first brought it in. We scheduled a drop off for Tuesday and pick up for Wednesday. We were half a day late dropping off the car but they said that was okay and they were still able to get us the car on Wednesday. Richard was really unprofessional. I came in for a quote and it looked like he didn't like working at the shop. He didn't seem like he even wanted to talk to me. I asked him about a product and he gave me a price that was way too high. The product itself was $150 side skirts he was charging me $120 cash only for installation. He wouldn't even look me in the eye. Wasn't taking me serious because he was almost brushing me off. It's like he wanted me to leave. Didn't have a great experience.
