Worst service possible Says open 24 hours but will not answer a phone Called 3 different numbers and about 15 times and no answer They were supposed to come tow me and gave me an ETA of 3 hours But now it's 130am and I'm still waiting and they don't answer the phones Don't ever call this place for your personal use read more

These gentlemen came to my rescue in under 20 minutes, after quoting me 35+ minutes. My car had shut down at the Sepulveda Blvd North exit off the 105 West freeway. I let Pete know I was in a dangerous place with my car stopped in a high speed lane off the off ramp. Chris showed up ready for action. He quickly and gently got my car safely raised on his Jack and we were off to my house. I am very thankful and grateful for the incredible and speedy service I received. These guys take pride in what they do and it shows. They take care of your property and make sure you are satisfied. The price is comparable with all other companies but the service is far beyond. Thank you Pete's Exclusive Tow. I will make sure to make you my first call every time. read more

My car decided to break down going downhill on Hawthorne Boulevard. I managed to make it into the 7-Eleven parking lot. I called Mercury insurance roadside assistance and told them I had a lowered car and needed a flatbed. The driver communicated with me over the phone and text. He was very meticulous when loading and unloading the car. This has been my best experience with a roadside assistance company. I highly recommend them to family and friends. A+ read more

I was taking my friend home from work about 6 pm on the 710 north. Not too bad of a traffic flow for a Wednesday. Moving at a fair rate of speed I noticed my clutch went out on my RSX in South Gate coming from Long Beach to DTLA. Was able to pull off the freeway and park at the shopping center luckily just off the freeway. After calling a few different companies I finally got in contact with one that serviced the area I was in. Not only did I have to call back multiple times to coordinate the tow. It still was a simple and courteous phone conversation and within 20 minutes of ending the call around 9 pm. That's 3 hours of looking for a company that serviced the area. The driver came introduced himself and asked concerning what happened and were we ok. My car is modified and the process was handled with care and respect to both me and my car. I'd suggest anyone to contact THIS tow company when in need of any road side assistance read more
