This is for the food and service, as we just stopped in on our drive around Bighorn National Forest. We got the house burgers and pulled pork nachos. The burgers were delicious and came with sweet potato tater tots. I asked for mine extra crispy and with their sriracha mayo dip. We sat outside at a table with an umbrella and the chairs were comfortable. The man even stood outside with us and told us about the wildlife!

First off I'd like to let people know that Arrowhead Lodge has new ownership and our experience did NOT reflect the previous owner's terrible reviews! A week's stay and we loved every minute of it! A group of 9 in 4 different cabins, and no complaints. We enjoyed being able to gather around the fires and eat as a group, see lots of wildlife (lots of moose), and spend time fishing in the pond. Staff were very accommodating and helpful! Would absolutely recommend.

Highlight of our stay was this moose.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The one good thing at this place was the diner/bar. Food/service is good. Will never stay here again.

Antler Motel

Antler Motel

The Antler Motel has very low rates for clean, well laid out rooms. The shining star, though, are…read morethe campers cabins. They are beautiful log cabin buildings, about 250 sq. ft, with 4 beds which can sleep 6 comfortably. They are spotlessly clean, with lovely decorations, including an antler light fixture which I'd be proud to have in my home, wildlife curtains and an oil painting of a wolf. Air conditioning, cable tv, wifi, microwave and fridge are included. The mattresses are relatively comfortable, as good to better than most motels. There's a solid wood ledge with stools, and a finished wood bench on the porch. There are individual detached bathrooms for each cabin, which are again spotlessly clean. The only condition is that you provide your own bedding (thus the campers cabin) or pay a small extra fee for bedding. But, the price is unbeatable, about 60% the cost of a motel room. On top of the great furnishings and amenities, the service is terrific. The owner even offered to show me around the cabins before I signed up for the room, which made sense after the fact - he should be proud to show off such a wonderful establishment. I have never stayed in a nicer campers cabin, and it's nicer than most any motel I've ever stayed in. If ever in Wyoming, the Antler Motel is a must stay.

Our room was spacious and clean and included everything we could need to stay comfortable. Coffee, refrigerator, microwave. The beds were fresh and clean and had pleanty of warm blankets to keep me nice and toasty and snug no matter what the weather was like. It's located directly off the main road so walking to get fast food and ice cream was nice and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay in this quaint little motel and I will definitely be back!

We caught fish - most of which were large. The food was excellent. On trips like these I have often subsisted on Doritos, peanuts, and other questionable ultra processed "food". This time each dinner included a huge salad, meat, a starch - pasta, rice, etc. and a vegetable plus desert. Excellent and we didn't go away hungry. My favorite meal is breakfast and you get a wide choice of options including my favorite bacon and eggs. Lunches were provided on our floats of the Bighorn and were very good with more food than I could eat. Dave and Cary and their two labs were great hosts. I highly recommend

I booked Thursday thru Sunday and brought my 26 year old son along for the trip. Everything about our stay was perfect! the lodge and our cabin was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The food was excellent, and our fishing guide Chad was incredible. We caught dozens of fish over two days, and when coming back to the lodge at the end of the day we were welcomed by Cary and David with a cold drink and a great dinner. Cary and David provide guests with everything they need, and no detail is overlooked. I highly recommend the Bighorn Riverview Lodge and Cabins, it was perfect, and can't wait to go back!
