The hotel is beautifully preserved with so much authentic character, history, and charm everywhere you look. We loved exploring the historic saloon, antique decor, creaky wooden floors, and all the incredible stories connected to the hotel. It was amazing knowing legends like Buffalo Bill Cody, Calamity Jane, Teddy Roosevelt, Butch Cassidy, and the Sundance Kid all spent time here. You can truly feel the history throughout the building. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and passionate about the hotel's history, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy, unique, and unlike any modern hotel experience. We also really enjoyed walking around downtown Buffalo since the hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of town. If you love history, road trips, Western culture, or unique travel experiences, this place is unforgettable.
