The Killy's restaurant is directly across the street from the Mill Inn hotel And I wanted the food hot so I went directly back to my room. The brisket was very disappointing as it was apparently not freshly smoked because smoked meat gets a distinct less than desirable taste when refrigerated overnight. This meat was definitely refrigerated and warmed over as it had that taste. The beans and potatoes were ok but nothing to write home about. The ribs were ok, taste was on par but nothing exceptional. I detected only a very light smoky flavor. The person who helped me obviously hadn't been trained as she could not answer any of my questions and had to keep asking someone else. While she was nice and really tried but was she knew nothing about the products or the priced that she was serving. All of the staff were respectful and friendly. The ambiance was a typical bar that smelled like smoked meat and was slightly smoky. It has a large and spacious dining area! One of the reviews I read said that they had smoked bacon ends but when I asked for the bacon ends, the fellow who acted like a manager said they have never had smoked ends of any kind. To sum up. I wouldn't return to this establishment again. I do not know where the reviews are coming from. But the food is nothing like what was described In the reviews.

They all serve the same food but the pub also serves alcohol. We stopped in for the BBQ which seems strange for a place called an Irish Pub. Again just adding to our confusion. Once we figured out how to order food things were good. Some items were bland while others were really good. One of the staff members seemed annoyed with us because we didn't know what was going on. So that was not great. But all of that aside it was a nice place to stop for a bite to eat.

Yup, it still exists! -Third is that this is a true local dive bar, with dead animals, old furniture, pool tables, and the local characters that go along with it, all of whom were friendly including the bartender ladies. -Fourth drinks are cheap here, at least compared to California and New York. I purchased 9 drinks(bought the first round for my 6 other friends), which included cocktails and beers, and my entire bar tab was only $43...awesome!!! This bar is certainly not for snobby elitist tourists and social media influencers, but if you can handle the disgusting smoke it's a nice place to relax with cheap drinks and local Wyomans.

I purchased their 1314 Barrel Aged Anniversary Ale for 2023. This Ale has had apparently a couple different versions and I believe they get discontinued once the anniversary for the business has passed and stock has run out. Which I suppose accounts for the extra cost I spent here for this beer and maybe some bragging rights since the beer is now out of production. This Ale is categorized as a Strong Ale of English style and it certainly lives up to that description very, very well. Flavor highlights with this beer are Boozy, Strong and Bourbon flavors and essences. The beer comes in at 11.7% ABV and it certainly feels it but if you are in the mood for a nice, strong beer then the 1314 is definitely a good candidate but snatch it up if you see it since it isn't consistently available. I imagine however there will be 2024 version coming out in which it could be slightly different.

Couldn't have been more wrong. Great bartender, Bridget. I ordered a Scotch Ale. She asked if I would like a shot of Vanilla Vodka in it. Never heard of that before. It really perked up the ale. Ordered the In & Haute Burger it was great; Apple Bread Pudding with Caramel-Whiskey Sauce. It came in small cast iron skillet which kept it hot through the entire time I was eating it. It was cooked perfectly, almost burnt, but not quite, crispy char on outside warm moist and fluffy on inside. Customers at the bar and servers walking by were all friendly and welcoming.

I loved the decor. Both our dishes were delicious. I had the salmon tacos and they were fresh and extremely tasteful. I really haven't had such delicious tacos in a very long time. My husband had the elk bolognese. The pasta was definitely made in house, just delightful. The sauce was rich and savory. Lastly we shared the bread pudding which we highly recommend. It was amazing! There are a handful of breweries and all of them were quite good! For Luminous we had their Cream Ale known as the Pickleback Cream Ale. It was so good! I gave it a very high score on Untappd. Flavors to be on the lookout for with this highly enjoyable beer are salty, vinegar and sour which are fairly unusual things to find in a Cream Ale. I think it's due to living up to it's name because pickles are more than likely involved here. As unusual as that sounds the balance and the bouquet of flavor is perfect which made a unusual and very likeable Cream Ale! We were very impressed!
