Nice clean place; convenient location; you can do a little shopping while you wait. They have all manners of meat, some fruit and vegetables and they will custom prepare whatever meat you want. The prices are a little expensive but I guess that's the price you pay for good food and service. We had a Cubano sandwich, a turkey and cheese sandwich, a small bag of chips and two drinks for $36.00. read more

Sackett's is awesome. Full deli, salad bar, meat market and mini gourmet grocery store. It's got a beautiful self-serve eating cafe in the front with complimentary berry water and cheap self-serve Coffee. The sandwiches for lunch are amazing and are reasonably priced. But most of the rest of the gourmet goods in the store, the cheeses, the meats are expensive. Excellent quality though. Very friendly service. read more

Just passing thru on our way to Houston, but Yelped a place for sandwiches. This place came up, and did not disappoint. Store was clean, service was great and food was even better. If in the area, highly recommend! read more

Very cute little market with a great list of sandwiches. I'm not sure if it's because of covid, but the sandwiches were all pre-made and they just handed you one. I had the Italian sub with a pickle spear and I grabbed a bag of locally made chocolate chip cookies, which were delicious. They have tables and chairs to eat there after you pay, but I brought mine back to the hotel. I did try to find some regular soda or pasta salad as a side but didn't see anything catch my eye. I enjoyed walking around the market and just checking everything out. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me like I was a local. read more

Great place to shop and eat, this is a chef's dream the ingredients where fresh, the place was squeaky clean. We had lunch for two we both had the double porker sandwich on grilled baguette. Lunch was very good and reasonably priced, two very good sandwiches and old school cream soda and black cherry with real sugar cane. This is definitely a must stop store if in area great choices of local products and some things from far away. We also purchased some beautiful prime rib eye steaks that I can't wait to eat tonight. I very surprised to find this awesome place in such a small town setting. Great job , I will be bringing a cooler next time I visit and will be bringing some of your products back to Colorado. read more

I arrive too late to get a sandwich made. However, they had a great selection of pre-made sandwiches and salads. Selected a couple, one for dinner and one for lunch the next day (road tripping with a frig). On the staff recommendation had their in-house roast beef and an Italian with homemade coleslaw! They were delicious. This was as good as the menu represents and the service was even better. If you are passing through go to Sackett's. read more

We were just driving through town, heading back to Denver and saw Sackett's with its outdoor patio. GREAT place with the beautiful displays of fresh meats, etc. we ordered a hot Rachel (reuben with turkey) and a cold turkey sandwich. Both were right on point; great bread, plenty of protein and all the sides. Well presented, well made and quickly prepared. Really enjoyed the experience here. The visuals of an old time market in a beautiful space will stick with us. Thank you, Bill read more

What a fun little gem to find on our roadtrip! We were driving through Wyoming and starting to get hungry so I hopped on yelp to find a decent place to get lunch and came across this place (thanks fellow Yelpers for the reviews that convinced us to try this place out)! Ended up a pastrami sandwich to go and it was delicious! It was one of the best I have ever had, these guys are killing it with their deli selections. Love that they have gluten free bread as an option too. I downed the sandwich before I could remember to take a photo but trust me, it was delicious and packed with meat! read more

We rolled into town and had some time before we could get into our room so we came here based on recommendations. The sandwiches were fantastic, the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their Sacketts seasoning that they set on the tables is incredible. You can buy some to bring home. I bought 2 bottles and I can already tell it won't be enough!! read more

Super friendly staff, fresh ingredients, tasty sandwiches, great story. Driving all the way from California to Pennsylvania, we stopped here for lunch and it was one of the nicest meals we had on our whole drive. I love stores like this, that sell unusual, natural, organic, and top-of-the-line ingredients and also use them in their sandwiches. We thought we might have trouble finding something to eat here being vegetarians, but they were very accommodating and made us some great sammies with avocado spread, red pepper dressing, and lots of veggies and cheese. We loved their $10 deal: a sandwich, chips/soup/salad, and a cookie! I had their kale salad with my sandwich and it was really excellent. And their molasses cookie? Wonderful topper to the meal! They also have all kinds of fancy chips and dips all around the store. I was tempted to get a big bag of veggie chips and some hummus, some cheese and some crackers, and a huckleberry lemonade. Just so many great options available here! read more

Great food to grab and go. Fantastic sandwiches. Best BLT I've ever had. Great fresh grocery items too.

So glad we found this gem on our drive from MN to WA! What a great little store in downtown Sheridan selling local meat, produce, cheese and other sundries. Patty at the meat counter could not have been more helpful :) Must try the mango jalapeño chicken sticks. Ordered the roast beef sandwich and the spicy grilled cheese from the deli and both were fantastic. Packed as much WY steaks as we could in our freezer and looking forward to eating GOOD for a few months! read more

Amazing! This little deli has everything you need for a tasty lunch on the go or an awesome meal at home using the freshest ingredients. They really have that gourmet deli feel to it. Some of the premade items are especially tasty. They have a great selection of fresh meat, fish, poultry, and even wild game. I love this place and wish they had one in my hometown! read more

After driving 3 days from Indiana en route to Washington state, this was hands down the best food we encountered. Deliciously fresh. Made to order. GLUTEN FREE PARADISE. all the bread (gf & gluten) is out of this world. Everything is organic and locally sourced. Great selection of grocery items for your pantry/ road trip snack bag too! Just a few minutes off the 90! I'm seriously considering coming 3 days back just for more. DONT MISS OUT. read more

What a jewel. Sackett's is the kind of place you're glad to find and they're pleased you did. Stopped here on our way west. Not too far off i90 so it's convenient. And super good. Had the Cuban sandwich and the Sackett's Seven (Turkey with avocado, etc). Both were freshly made and really outstanding. Got a side deli salad with each (caprese and Waldorf) and a cookie as part of the deal. There was a steady stream of customers. We'd be regulars if we lived here. So friendly and good. Stop in if you get the chance. read more

Cute grocery store, a bit pricy for many items. Loved their hot sandwiches, but currently stopped serving them! Sad day. Cold sandwiches are pretty good though. Ordered prime rib last Christmas--excellent product and service at butcher counter. Staff is always friendly! read more

We stopped here after a 15 hour overnight roadtrip from Portland, OR - we were exhausted, hungry, and just in time for lunch. We settled on the roast beef and the Cuban sandwiches, along with craft sodas (root beer and cola). While we waited for our food we visited with the owner, who had been a competitive griller in the past, and he spoke extensively about the different ingredients in the rubs and for which meats they were best. We left there full and with a grocery bag full of their rubs, raw unfiltered honey, preserves and bbq sauce. Thanks, Yelp, for another great suggestion. read more

Super cute spot with a variety of choices in the market or deli.

Needed to grab lunch on the Cody to Deadwood leg of our road trip. Sandwiches were really good, (had the roast beef-- really liked the horseradish -- and the Italian sub). 4 stars for the sammies. But what puts this place in 5 star territory is the amazingly tasty, house made sausage in their freezer. Talked to a guy behind the counter and got recommendations for the merguez (lamb) and green onion (pork). They were already frozen, so I just grabbed a pack of each (4 per pack) and threw them in the cooler. Best camping dinner of our trip so far. Both are great, but the merguez is really something special. Stop here if you're heading through Sheridan! read more

Driving through Sheridan on our way to Albuquerque and found Sackett's Market on Yelp. We had great sandwiches, chips and green tea. Of course we bought some of the rubs that the owner of the market devised when he was a professional grill master! We also found some other goodies and we're back on the road. You definitely should give this spot a try whether you want a sandwich or some great foods to bring home. read more

Family and I came in for some sandwiches. I got Italian on hoagie, the meats are very above average and construction was great. Much better than the spicey Italian 3 meats vs. 2. Would recommend the staff for friendliness and nice store set up altogether. read more
