Loved visiting this coffee shop. Baristas were friendly, coffee was good and there was lots of fun merch to shop for. I got their vanilla cream cold brew and my husband was getting their americanos or drip and was all good.

I got hot latte. The coffee was ok. The beans were not premium but not so horrible either. The ambiance was 4/5 cozy. The service was ok, I think the barista was tired, I'll give her a benefit of doubt.

I discovered Bison Union coffee a few years ago through Modern Huntsman magazine. I ordered more on line and some really great, soft t shirts. Today was my first experience with the brick and mortar store. WHAT A FRIGGING TREAT!!!! First off, there's nothing here that isn't good or perfect or fun or funny or delicious. From the stickers to the t shirts to the coffee cups and the coffee itself, everything was enjoyable. My husband had a medium roast drip and enjoyed it. I snagged a 20 Oz tumbler and they filled it with the most delicious honey latte I've ever had. The staff is friendly, even when the line is near to the door and people are ordering weird, complicated drinks. They are fast, efficient, and super friendly. They also generously discount if you're a member of the military or a farmer or rancher. (And as a vacationing agricultural worker (horses) I deeply appreciated that. I don't get off the farm much and when I do, it's with hard earned money from my "change bucket." Ha ha ha!) Don't skip it.

This has some of the best coffee -- no matter how you get it. While Bison Union sells the Black Rifle veteran-owned coffees in whole bean and ground, they also have their own branded coffees that are equally good. BU brews their own brand here. I'm not sure if BU has its own roaster here yet but if they do, it's all the more reason to stop in. I had the opportunity to try both a latte and a plain cup of coffee and while I prefer the plain coffee, I wouldn't turn down the other, either. It was well-made, not bitter, and definitely not overbrewed. Sometimes, that's a balance other coffee-shops haven't mastered. It gets crazy busy here and the line can be long, but if you're getting bags of coffee or any of the branded apparel to go, there are employees who can keep the line moving by ringing up your purchases on their tablets. You still have to wait in the line for the brewed coffee, though, but it'll be worth it.

Get the coffee (no cream or sugar). Great coffee. Great service. I prefer this to other run-of-the-mill coffee places available.

My hubby and I had the pleasure of having dinner at olha's for dinner which we enjoyed the cabbage…read moreroll dinner it was about fabulous. We shared the dinner..the flavor was spot on with tender cabbage and flavor of the pork .. The mash was excellent homemade fluffy goodness that was like eating Sunday dinner at home The dishes are authentic Ukraine flavors with top quality ingredients and attention to detail...it was more than expected the portion was more than enough for 2 and the beautiful golden baked sourdough bread is over the top baked to perfection.. The sdb was like a pillow of goodness with the perfect amount of flavor.. The baked goods are above and beyond what Grandma use to bake Olha's is that hidden gem that once you find it you'll always go back and the lovely Amanda was more like an ole friend and took very good care of us and the conversation was definitely the best part of dinner we look forward to coming back in the near future thank you If I could give them a higher star rating I would

My grandfather is Polish from Detroit, and I grew up in Chicago, so pączki during Fat Thursday week…read morehas always been a tradition for me. Despite Sheridan County's Polish population, I was surprised not to find a Polish bakery of any sort. Fortunately, someone recommended Olha's Market as a Ukrainian option which may have something similar. I walked in asking if they had pączki, and the staff simply served me pampushky without missing a beat, as if that's exactly what I'd asked for! It wasn't until later that I learned the Ukrainian name for these delicious fried dough treats. The pampushky were absolutely wonderful: light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They reminded me of pączki but had their own unique character. The bakery case was full of beautiful pastries and breads that all looked delicious, and the restaurant side had an enticing menu of Ukrainian dishes. The service was warm and efficient, and it's clear this is a place run by people who genuinely care about their food and their heritage. They understood exactly what I was looking for, even if I didn't know the right word for it. Whether you're Ukrainian, Polish, or just someone who appreciates great Eastern European food, Olha's Market is worth a visit. I came in looking for something familiar and left with something even better: a new favorite spot and a little more knowledge about Ukrainian culture. My wife and I will definitely be back to try their pierogi and holubtsi for lunch, and we're curious to sample more of those baked goods! Slava Ukraini! Niech żyje Ukraina! Smacznego!
