First, we love Starbucks. Breakfast is great. Coffee is good. I will go there every day if I could, but this Starbucks specifically has been horrible. We have tried numerous of times to give it another chance but it's failed every single time. They're either out of something we want or their oven is broken where we can't get food or The service is horrible. There has also been an instance where we had ordered at the drive-thru and we go up to the window and they tell us last minute that they're out of a certain item. Last thing is the environment is absolutely disgusting. There is empty milk jugs everywhere, the countertops are filthy, and the floors need to be swept. The coffee and the staff was great even though they were low on staff which we had to wait 20 minutes through the drive through but at least the service was good and the staff was working real hard so I think this place deserves 5 stars and even though we didn't get any food, the coffee was good. Wow--waited 30 minutes and had to ask for a refund because it appeared it was going to be at least another 10-15 minutes. Management needs to evaluate their mobile and DoorDash orders during peak times. If you can't fill the orders of the faces staring right at you and only manage to fill mobile and DoorDash--priorities need to be adjusted. read more

this store is a shit show, after waiting a half hour in line, the girl at the register didn't know what she was doing. drinks were messed up and had to be remade. the store was a mess with inventory boxes all over and no room for customers to even pass each other when you were done ordering. BEWARE!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in last night with my husband and we got our order taken. I was corrected on asking for a "cheese pastry", by the cashier who was also my barista. She said, "Uhm... *5 second pause here* do you mean a 'cheese DANISH'?" I said yes and we moved on. I didn't think much of, but I did feel a hint of sarcasm. I mean, she didn't correct or affirm with my husband when he ordered something in a "large" size, so I felt that the way she responded to me was unnecessary. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD. I sat down in my chair and the cashier (now the barista) was speaking to another employee who was on break sitting in the seating area, and out loud she said something to the effect of "Hey, I now have a plan of what I am going to do next. The next person to piss me off I'm going to -- actually, put on a headset, we can talk about it there." I IMMEDIATELY got up concerned for the safety of my drink and tried to watch as much as I could on how it was made, but she already had the ingredients in the shaker. They then spent the rest of my visit (about 35-40 minutes) talking bad about customers, being immature by doing so, snickering and making us feel like we were their topic of conversation for a while, and it even went as far as playing parody videos of customers ordering coffee in which made them look ignorant etc on their phones out loud in the front of house. I should never have to worry about the safety of my drink, especially ordering from a Starbucks. I should never have to endure the employees playing telephone with their headsets just so they can be more "secretive" in speaking poorly about their customers. This encounter was so appalling that I need to share it with anyone else who is thinking this Starbucks over any other coffee place in this small town. read more

I usually come in and the service is great but today I got a Turkey pesto panini and I'm pretty sure it was expired. I was so hungry that I ate it all but I had to force down the meat part because I could tell that it was a little too old. I almost can't believe I ate it . Anyways, usually it's great here but today was weird with serving me a nasty, stale meat sandwich lol I didn't go back to get a new one but I might say something later if I'm still feeling weird about it. When the town hosts a tournament hire extra help or be willing to shut down ur mobile orders so you can keep up with the walk-in and drive thru orders. Give it one star, since their lobby is closed. Only Starbucks in town and they can't operate like a regular Starbucks. Was traveling and needed to use their wifi and get a cup if coffee and breakfast. And the line to the drive in is one if the longest I've seen...maybe it's because their Lobby is closed. read more

Used to be a consistently good place: efficient, fast, great coffee. HUGE difference in the past couple months. The last few months have been much slower. I asked a cashier why and was told that the new manager demands that they, "Customer connect." I'm here for my coffee, not conversation. Take my order and move to the next customer. Install an express lane if you require awkward conversations with strangers. Within 2 months, they have ran out of every ingredient in my standard drink many times (Pikes with soy). They need a new person ordering supplies for sure. Also, having only 3 employees during peak times is ludicrous. Went downhill fast and I've changed shops because of it. read more

It LOOKS like a Starbucks... not much different there. So basically the only thing left to judge about this place are the employees. The service is fine, but not what you would typically expect from a Starbucks. Starbucks tries to convey a certain image and frequently it's like the same few people work at all the Starbucks everywhere. Buuuut we know that's impossible. They're usually good at making me feel good and being problem-free. However, this particular location seems lost and confused. Half the employees are running around like chickens with heads cut off, while the other half is mindlessly wandering about, unsure of what they're supposed to be doing. This is the only location I have ever heard an employee complaining and treating other employees like they are below her, acting very frustrated and angry. My drink also came out way too creamy, but why?? It shouldn't be creamy at all when the only dairy ingredient in it is skim milk. Hm. Oh well. The lines were too long to bother with it since for some odd reason they decided to close their drive thru. This is also the only Starbucks I have ever been to that poorly corrects their mistakes. One time I drove all the way to the other end of town before taking a sip of my hot drink only to find out it was some wrong concoction of ickiness so I returned and explained what happened. They just say "oh" and made me what I originally wanted. No apologies, no nothing, and maybe it's because I'm used to receiving free drink cards in such situations INCLUDING their rule that a 5 minute drive thru wait (after ordering) constitutes either a free drink or a free drink card which I have never been honored here. So. This place is meh. No reason to choose Starbucks over another coffee joint in Sheridan. read more

I'm from Seattle, where there's literally a Starbucks on every corner. They are all packed and many times very frenzied and noisy. This Starbucks, being the only one in a 2 hour radius according to the barista, was just the opposite! VERY fasts service, friendly, and really clean and organized. Even the other customers were super friendly! Tastes pretty much exactly like my Seattle Starbucks coffee.. Which often times, this far away from the original, the coffee is subpar. This is the slowest place I have ever been. Stopped by for a coffee and frap and the frap came out in about 8 minutes. The coffee didn't come out after 20 minutes so went back to the register and said excuse me twice to get snapped at just one minute. If he heard me the first tome he should have acknowledged me. This location has been busy no matter what time of day I've visited, and the staff generally handles it very well. They're consistently friendly and willing to answer questions while also keeping the line moving. Parking is decent, but seating is sparse, and probably isn't a good environment if you're looking to relax or get work done. I'd definitely recommend planning on taking your caffeine to go. read more

Had starbucks this morning for breakfast. The service was fairly good. The drinks we ordered were a bit off- white chocolate mocha was way too sweet....we're talking liquid syrup sweet and the non-fat no-foam latte, had about an inch of foam (a bit frustrating). All in all we would probably give this location another shot. read more

We are frequent Starbucks patrons and this is the first Starbucks we've EVER been disappointed with. Service was poor, cashier didn't break a smile, say good-morning, nothing. I needed a knife to cut a breakfast sandwich and went and stood at the counter for help. Not ONE person asked if they could help me, get me anything, if everything was ok, or even say hi. I gave two stars because my coffee and scone were really good! We are here on vacation visiting family, and we will get coffee at every other place BUT HERE! read more
