We custom roast coffee. In small batches. If you want to see the process from start to finish, Matt can roast a batch with you. You can try free, freshly brewed samples of Matt's coffees, and buy your favorite to take home!

History

Established in 2013.

I started roasting coffee in 2012 in a popcorn popper, and started selling them at farmers markets in 2013 in Kentucky. I just opened a roasting shop in Sheridan, Wyoming. I look forward to brewing some samples for you!
