Arrowhead Flowers did such an amazing job for my daughter and future son-in-law's wedding proposal. Joseph and Spring were able to capture exactly what I wanted. Flowers were absolutely beautiful. Doug delivered on time with excellent communication. Huge thank you to all 3 of you!

The large plant with the 2 Lilies, large white bow and beautiful basket was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were super friendly and fun when I went and picked up the plant. When we initially called to order the plant our budged was $100 and they worked with us!! I will only go to Arrowhead Flowers from here on out! Please note it was for my cousins celebration of life and I saw other flower arrangements from Arrowhead flowers and they were all beautiful!!! I would definitely order from here!!! If you are looking for exceptional service, then I would highly recommend Arrowhead Flowers... I met with Joseph and Ryan to discuss my daughters engagement party and then later her shower... They listened to exactly what I was looking for and they executed completely... The flowers for both parties were exceptional!! Joseph, Ryan and Douglas arrived when they said they would, put all of the flower designs together in the proper place and cleaned up before they left... They were all so kind and professional, it was a joy to work with them... Looking forward to working with them for my next party!!

I went on a busy Saturday to buy bear grass and tree branches to accessorize an anniversary arrangement at our church UCC CHURCH OF THE PALMS in Sun City. A married couple was sponsoring the arrangement to celebrate 70 years of marriage! The young man found everything I needed and it was apparent by the reaction of a staff member she was a bit upset I bought the branches..... evidently she needed them, but I was already paid in full. She made me a beautiful flower bouquet, even more beautiful than the picture I showed her, and gifted my husband a boutonnière as well! Have been using Arrowhead Flowers for years but since new ownership the quality has gone way down. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral and paid a lot to have a nice standing spray and I was embarrassed to have my name on it. It was nothing like the image and I was so very disappointed. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer anymore. read more

If you follow me on Yelp you know i review everything! And let me start of by saying I'm a New York Native semi nomad who lives in New Jersey lol. Anywho my mom recently moved to AZ & her birthday is tomorrow yes tomorrow! So I called Arrowhead flowers today ( so last minute) and let me start off by saying wow, amazing customer service. I used to work at a call center and they train you to smile when you talk because you sound more pleasing to the client and listen the person who was helping me had such a pleasant voice, took her time, had patience and she was so sweet and made me feel great purchasing from this company I can't wait till my mom gets her "florist choice" bouquet for her birthday and I can't wait to see what they created! I'm sure it's going to be a great surprise ! Definitely recommend them they are exceptional and their customer service is 10 out of 10! read more

Eddie at Arrowhead flowers is the greatest ! My sister passed away and we need a few arrangements, the wrinkle was that the service was on Sunday. Eddie went above and beyond making sure that we got the flowers that we wanted and made certain everything was delivered smoothly. He called and followed up every step of the way and eased the burden during that difficult time. He is truly a great man and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Absolutely great customer service from this store, beginning from the phone conversation to delivery of a gorgeous bouquet that fit the occasion perfectly ( my young teenage great-niece's birthday) , it showed talent and creativity by the designer. The flowers were fresh, the delivery was prompt and even tho I called at the last minute, that bouquet reached its destination that early afternoon. Eddie is awesome! The moment I walked in Eddie greeted us with open arms. He listened to our requests and educated us on what our options were. He then connected us with Jennifer who was the floral guru. We provided her with examples of what we wanted and she took our vision and made it into a masterpiece with her own custom touch. So so sweet! I had great customer service. I needed an arrangement for my grandma and the owner dropped what she was doing to make me a beautiful custom arrangement for her. She had a great personality and they were so friendly as I waited. One of the best parts is they give you a perfect box holder for your car! They were wonderful! It's usually so hard to drive with flowers! Will definitely be returning. read more

For my birthday my mother sent me flowers from out of state. The flowers that arrived were lovely. The delivery was later than they had previously agreed to. They added a couple of extra flowers to compensate for that. Sadly after 4 days the roses in the bouquet are dying drooping and looked terrible. read more

This shop did an absolutely amazing job with a spray we had sent to a funeral. I called and spoke to them and told them to use their best judgement on whatever freshest flowers they had. They went above and beyond and delivered an ABSOLUTELY breathtaking large spray that really made an impact. I was touched by how much effort they put it into it. They delivered it seamlessly and the customer service was out of this world. Jake made the arrangement. Thank you to them from the bottom of our heart. read more

If I could give a rating of 1-10, I'd give Arrowhead Flowers as 12~!!!!...My daughter in California wired flowers to me and they arrived via Arrowhead Flowers...The arrangement was huge, and over the top beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, breathtaking and the most awesome arrangement of flowers that I've ever seen`!!!...All the flowers were beautiful, healthy and they lasted nearly 2 weeks~!...Do NOT hesitate to order ANY floral arrangement from Arrowhead Flowers~!...You'll definitely get you monies worth, and you won't be disappointed in the least~!...Believe me, if I want flowers for myself, or to give to someone, I won't use anyone else but Arrowhead Flowers~! read more

I can't say enough about this family owned florist! My sweet friend passed away, a young mom, from Cancer and her funeral was held just 3 days before Christmas . The owner at Arrowhead Flowers personally helped design a spray that reflected Christmas, red, cranberries, few pine cones and some candy canes, matching what the funeral reception looked like. When my friends 10 year old son saw the flowers, he asked his dad, "Can I have those in my room?" They were beautiful, she took such care to make them absolutely what I wanted! (sorry I don't have a photo of the spray to share).....Just a few months later When it was time for my daughters baby shower, I took my business to Arrowhead Flowers again! Perfect A colleague's sister passed away and we needed to send a nice stand of flowers for the next day. Ordered online and left instructions for the location of the services, contact person, and my information in case there were any questions. Our colleague reached out after the ceremony to thank us for such a beautiful spray of flowers. It arrived on time, was large, and fit the somber occasion with a flare of color that fit his sister. Where do I began? The moment I entered the building I was warmly greeted but not only that the decor reels you in to a wonderland. The owner sweeps you off your feet with his kindness and eager to satisfy your flower needs going over every little detail with you. Giving a full tour into the shop to get a fill of the entire being of the store. They have a very talented young lady who made this arrangement within ten minutes! Always so nice warm and friendly. MJ and Jake do great work and always give the best costumer service every time I'm there. The selection off flowers is very good with hard to find Stargazer Lillie's and even peonies. A couple bucks more for a bouquet that's way prettier than anything at the grocery store. Well worth it. Great customer service, fast delivery, and kind staff! I found out that a beloved co-worker's Birthday is today. I went online to search for a florist local to her and thank gosh I found Arrowhead florists. When I checked, though, it looked like I had missed the cut-off time for same-day delivery, but I decided to give them a call anyway and see what, if anything, I could do. Not only did Joseph of Arrowhead Flowers accommodate my same-day-ship order, he was super kind to me. I've been to this florist a couple times now and BOTH times have been really great experiences. I've gotten exactly what I've needed at exactly the price I could afford, and the service is unmatched too! MJ helped me and she really listens and puts her experience to work when trying to bring your vision to life in a vase. I can not recommend this place enough! Went in to get flowers. The man was very helpful. I picked out some flowers then the lady told me. no I couldn't buy them and told me to go to Safeway. I guess my money was not good there. 1/18/18This is funny after 3 months you are posting about my comments about your lack of service that happen 3 months ago. Your wife sent me multiple emails and I asked her to stop. You all need to move on and let this go. I wasn't happy and I made it clear why I wasn't in multiple emails to your wife or owner. I'm not coming back. If you don't stop posting things regarding my comments I will post all the emails that she sent me. Which I kept. I'm one customer that was not happy very unhappy when I was told to go to the grocery store to get flowers. read more

I literally called hour before the funeral started I wanted a particular bouquet specially per funerals even though on their website it wouldn't give me an option to have it delivered same day. The guy was so helpful and understanding! Amazing customer service and got the bouquet there in an hour and a half. Honestly I thought it was going to be a dad and wouldn't think I would get a flower delivery soon enough especially in that short of time. But arrowhead flowers made it happen. So grateful in this time of loss! read more

I am in the Dallas area but ordered for a friend there in Arizona. The gentlemen I spoke to answered my questions and was very kind. I ordered the "deal of the day" but asked that they make them very bright and cheery and to text me a picture before delivering them and they did just that. The flowers were beautiful! My friend was not home upon delivery but he called with options on what to do and then followed up once he found an option for where to leave the flowers. Great communication and beautiful flowers. There's not a lot of occasions that allow me to buy flowers. It's a once-every-two-year splurge at the most, so when I drop $75 for a birthday arrangement, I have very high expectations. In the past, I've used Arrowhead flowers before, along with other places like 1-800 Flowers and a couple other flower shops near me. Arrowhead Flowers has never disappointed me once. Never. Flowers are always fresh, the arrangement looks just like (better even) the ones shown on their website, service is super nice, and the prices are worth the product. My mom was so happy with her birthday arrangement; thank you so much. It's just so nice to walk into a shop and be instantly able to tell that the owners and employees care. Let me start by saying if I could give them 100 stars, I would! I walked into Arrowhead Flowers, having passed it many times since we moved up here 3 months ago and needing some sun flowers to make a bouquet for my friend's wedding (which is in my back yard... tomorrow). My original plan was just to get some sunflowers and tie them together with the ribbon we selected for my friend's colors. MJ pulled apart 4 bushels of sunflowers to get me the best ones. She asked what I was making with them and I told her my plan was to try and make a bouquet. Key word: try. She said she would give me some pointers. She pulled out the sunflowers she'd collected and arranged them PERFECTLY and expertly, giving me pointers on how to make sunflower bouquets as they are not perfectly straight and very hard to manipulate. Then she asked what I was going to pair it with... I said, "Baby's Breath??" And she said, "Ohhh no, honey. Here, you need this..." And she went back to the cooler and pulled out some eucalyptus and put it with the bouquet. It was perfect. EXACTLY what I'd wanted the bouquet to look like, so she wrapped it with white ribbon so it would stay. I told her I needed a couple extra sunflowers for boutonnieres... Again, she said, "Ohhh no. Here, this is what you need." She went back into the cooler and pulled out teeny Viking (?) flowers which look like mini sunflowers. She showed me how to make a boutonniere and sent me away with a beautiful bouquet and some extra supplies to make my own boutonnieres. AND she said, "Since we are friends, I won't charge you the normal cost for making a bouquet." :) So happy with my experience. Again, I wish I could give them 100 stars. Such wonderful people!! Any other shop would have handed me the flowers and baby's breath and let me make a mess of my friend's big day. ;) We will be back!!! read more

I LOVE THIS FLORIST!!! ALWAYS going above and beyond to try to help. I've been coming to Arrowhead for almost 6 years now. Started with a friends wedding. We purchased flowers wholesale from Arrowhead and were going to build on our own centrepieces. We were nervous but the owner of Arrowhead stayed and showed us how to DIY our centrepieces at no charge. They turned out fantastic. I've made the mistake by ordering from other locations due to a coupon but had to go back to Arrowhead for a redo every time. They are friendly to ALL and very kind. Most recently I had order leis and floral arrangements online by another vendor, nothing worked out so I called Arrowhead frantic and they AGAIN put me at ease and saved the day for my daughters high school graduation. I was trying to cheer someone up without breaking the bank and I called a few places and everyone kept jacking the prices way up as soon as I mentioned delivery and even further when I said I needed them delivered the same day. I was just about to give up when I finally had the good fortune to meet MJ at Arrowhead Flowers. I told her what I was working with and she said she could not only do something for me but she would create a lovely arrangement in a vase and provide same day delivery. On top of that she was a joy to deal with. Thank you so much MJ. I'll be doing all my future flower purchasing with you. I would like to recommend this florist! I do not live in AZ and I was in search of a florist to send flowers for a very sad situation. I was unsure of where the delivery should go as the final arrangements had not been made and the obituary was not very clear. This florist made several phone calls in order to help me find the correct location and stayed in contact we me regarding my delivery. I just received a photo of the arrangement from a family member. They are in awe of its beauty and from the photo , I can see that it is just as I ordered. It's always iffy when ordering out of state. I live in Hawaii and needed something special for my Aunt's 80th birthday in Arizona. MJ told me she could put together a tropical arrangement better than any florist out here, and she definitely didn't disappoint. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jake on my order. I am from New Carlisle, Ohio and my oldest and one of my closest friends passed away in Gendale. I wanted to use a local florist to my friend, rather than try using a florist wire service. I made the perfect choice. Jake went to work on my order immediately and texted a photo of the arrangement. It was absolutely stunning. Then, to my pleasant surprise, Jake said he would stop by my friend's home when his shop closed and personally deliver our flowers. I do not recommend using them. I ordered the red rose & carnation standing spray for an extremely decorated Navy Captain's funeral service. What was sent was a sad, cheap imitation. It contained less the 50% of the flowers shown on line and had white lilies in it which were not in the spray ordered. I specifically ordered from a local florist vs Teleflora or TD florists because I thought I'd get reputable service. I have sent them emails and pictures of what was ordered and what was received but have not had a response. I'll give it 24 more hours then I will go to BBB - not that they care. The husband and wife owners were so kind and informative! They worked really hard to make sure that I had my dream bouquet for my wedding while also staying within my budget! MJ also texted me pictures of my bouquet the morning before the wedding and told me to let her know if I wanted any changes done to it. I ordered two funeral sprays about a week in ahead of time. Mj made sure we got everything we wanted and more. Very colorful and vibrant tropical flower arrangements. My dad loved lillies. They even texted me pictures before delivery to make sure we got just what we wanted. They delivered on time and set it up for us. Most places were more expensive for simpler displays. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The owner was amazing -- helping in each step of the way and going above and beyond to make sure the floral arrangement was just perfect.
