I had a bad experience with this company. I was told my home needed to be tented for termites and that I would receive a "termite report" and an explanation of how tenting works. A very rude individual called me two days after I was supposed to hear from Stark/Arrow, and claimed there was no such thing as a termite report. I also never got an explanation of how tenting works. I have used Arrow Exterminators at my Highland Beach house for several years and am happy with their service. I think there are few things we hate more in South Florida than Palmetto Bugs and I have not seen any in my house or garage in the years I have used Arrow's services. I have had the same great employee - Joe come to my house for years and he couldn't be nicer and more efficient. This is a company that works around the customer's schedule, shows up on time (really who does that down here?) and does a thorough job. Even when I'm in New York - Joe will coordinate with my house-sitter for service. I used for them for lawn care and they literally ruined my grass. Their spray killed almost all of the grass on my lawn. I have them two or three chances to come out and take a look at the lawn. It took several calls for them to even come out. They agreed to try to fix the lawn and got it in okay shape for a couple months. Then they either sprayed or didn't do anything and my yard is now dead and covered in weeds. I've now re-sodded twice out of my own pocket. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, and it's impossible to say that their weed killer doesn't work... my lawn has more weeds after hiring them. read more

My friend has used Arrow Exterminators for almost 3 years. Paid them a lot of money to perform as per their contract. She went up north and I called on her behalf to have them check her house for rats in the attic, fill bait boxes and get rid of the ants. All of these issues was the reason she hired them They came out and told me that her attic was filled with rat urine and droppings and that her attic needed to be cleaned out, sanitized and replace insulation. They hadn't been there for months by the looks of the bait boxes which had a rat carcass in one box and the other ones had very little poison in them. The manager came back and gave me the typical response to her problem which was their duty to remediate. I sent them a letter advising them that my friend was probably going to see them for non-performance. Shortly thereafter she received an invoice but I did not receive a responsible for the condition of her house. The cost to clean the attic was $7000 and still trying to resolve the issue with another exterminator. If anyone from Arrow is still having a problem that is detrimental to your health (smell coming into the house via a/c grills) get rid of them The cost to clean the ducts, sanitize them, clean the inside grills and bomb the house to get rid of the odor in the house. This woman is 87 years old. This is a perfect case of Arrow ignoring her because she was promised they would get rid of the problems and never did. Once they offered to clean the attic but now the stench was so bad they said they can't do it. This is a very bad company with uneducated fast talkers. I can't tell you this has been a mess for her though she is a snow bird. Once they know you are old they don't want to have anything to do with you so they don't bother calling instead of texting or email because she doesn't use those applications. I hate the contractors in South Florida who take your money but never do the work. People who moved in from NY and paid lots of money for their homes hopefully won't take this kind of (quality?) of work. I was told to use them to perform a termite inspection on a home I was purchasing. The person I spoke to on the phone told me she needed to call to her service people to determine which one could come the soonest to perform the inspection since I needed one ASAP. She promised to call back and never did. Poor customer service to say the least. read more

If they offered an option for zero stars I would have selected it. I had a bad experience with mosquito service and billing as did the other poster. The people in billing were annoying and didn't seem to care that I was dissatisfied with service. Specifically that I had mosquitos the day they supposedly sprayed and was sure that the service man didn't come on numerous occasions and on other occasions he came but according to my video he did not spray the front (he may have sprayed the back). They insisted he came and sprayed. I had other issues with professionalism Or lack of but there's not enough room. When I tried to address my concerns they reminded me that I had a contract and was obligated to pay the year. I told them don't bother with last month of service and they billed me anyway. I have found them to always be reliable and professional, not just doing a cursory job and then trying to sell me additional services. They always take time to ask if I have any problems with ants or additional bugs and investigate when I answer "Well, yes...." Highly recommended. read more

Well they company arrow Exterminators has bought out tropical pest management. A Very sad change there customers service isn't the same rep that I spoke to was new(which is fine) kept putting ting me on hold to ask some one else for the accurate information. I was finally told the bed bug inspection would be done later this week and I was fine with that. After getting off the phone with the rep I was called back immediately and was told the inspection is 250$! I was shocked I have been using tropical pest management for over two years now. And to charge 250$ for an inspection is just wrong. I have seen free estimates from other companies or charge 50-80$ for estimates on new customer. Told the nice lady to have her manager get on the phone and she said there isn't a manager here... I than ask well let speak to the person that is help you in the office because there must be a mistake. The lady than said unfortunately there nothing you can do about it's 250$. I than told the individual to have the manager contact me when ever they do return. She said okay, three hours later I got a phone call from a over defensive manger saying how great arrow Exterminators is great we are 7th largest pest control company and this is the cheapest your going to find. I told the manager thank you for the information I will sure be switch companies because you guys sure don't know how to treat loyal customers. OUTSTANDING company! I own a home health agency in Boynton Beach and recommended Arrow for a patient who had a bed bug problem, they took care of the problem and she has been pest free. That was great on its own but what made Arrow OUTSTANDING is that today a nurse at my office informed me about another one of our elderly patients with bed bugs in her house. This person did not have the funds to pay for treatment. I called Arrow and spoke to Charmaine to ask her if she knew of a charitable organization that might pay for this treatment. I explained this patient's situation. Charmaine, an absolute angel, worked her magic, spoke to the management at Arrow and they are going to donate the treatment for FREE!!!! That is so amazing.
