These guys are the best !!! I had a serious issue and they…read moreresponded immediately! Careful...thorough...knowledgeable I'm very very pleased!

Let's start by: I am a real person! When I was searching for…read morea provider I saw some amazingly reviewed companies... Guys, start clicking on the reviewers to see how many of then are fake!!! Most have only ONE review done EVER and - to make it worse - lots of these clearly fake profiles are repeating the same words in the reviews as "approachable" and "outstanding"... pretty specific words to be repeated by different reviewers that in all their existence just reviewed that service ever, or maybe that one service and the sister's manicure salon... I don't like dealing with scammers so I took my sweet time to do my research before I got in touch with Mark. Before him I actually called hoffer something which actually made me wait twice and never showed up (go to my reviews, I gave them one star and explained exactly why)... Mark, from the very interaction over the phone, was so friendly and listened to me and made questions trying to understand exactly the scenario that I was dealing with and - PAY ATTENTION NOW, PEOPLE !!! - he gave me the forecasted quote OVER THE PHONE!!!! Who does that? Nobody!!! Nobody because people want to see the car you have in the garage and the size of your tv before they can adjust and squeeze the most out of you! Happens with lots of contractors here in SoFlo and we all know it... Mark was at all times kind, respectful, professional and at some point I realized I was talking about random conversations already like he was a childhood friend - that's how nice it was my very first contact over the phone!!! So He comes next day and - to my surprise - that man can be even nicer in person. He explained the services, my options, the goods and bads of all and at ANY TIME I FELT PRESSURED to go with a service I didn't need NOR to stick with A CONTRACT for the long run. That's right, there is no contract!!!! You like the service? You call him back! Don't like? No penalties (but believe me, you will call him forever)! Really good prices for an amazingly respectful professional with a high quality service provided! That's is so good when we deal with hard working business owners that are really putting effort and their own blood to get you the quality you deserve against the big names that buy reviews and marketing posts and afterwards lock you down on a year plan knowing that they will drop the ball but you will have nowhere to go... That's it guys! Check the other reviews from the people that you see giving 5 stars, see if they reviewed other stuff too, see if these stuff are unrelated and make sense... Don't trust all you see in the internet bc money buys it all... Invest in the small business owners that are 24/7 working hard to keep prices competitive and quality higher than the bigger companies with almost no return but the realization that they are making a good impact to their clients, the economy and their families with dignity and dedication! Thanks Mark, for the pest control service and for being this great role model to the world! LS

You know Larry you have magical thinking. You dyed my lawn green after it died literally. I even…read morehave some of my white rocks that are still green. That was so unacceptable. The fact that you thought painting over dead grass was going to help my lawn is absolutely nuts. And as you say, we had a relationship for 23 years at this address and the fact that you are now trying to blame me for what actually happened is crazy. Maybe you learned something and yes, you did pay for the sod that you guys annihilated. So yes, I am grateful that you paid my lawn guy because When Something like this happened years ago only on a smaller level you brought some guys out to lay down sod and it died within a week. I had to have my own lawn guys re-sod. So please let's be honest here if you're treating customers the way they should be treated now that's great good for you but do not try to change what really happened. Including the fact that the poor guy who used to come and do my lawn was horribly sick after that day because there was such a strong smell of some kind of insecticide. I have no idea how very sick. You want to dispute that with me, I don't care. I know what I heard from him. I feel very badly. I hope he's feeling better, but he was really sick. He could hardly breathe for quite some time if he's good now that's great. Have a nice life.
