They did not properly service the area and my lawn and plants are in the poorest condition on the block due to their insufficiency. Their customer service is dreadful, the owner will not get on the phone and they are filled with empty promises. They refuse to take any accountability and claim to have no idea how the grass died and that an infestation could have happened at any time. Any reputable company should have been able to detect an infestation while under their care. I was a customer for over 20 years in 2 different homes I owned. On 7/21/23 I signed a contract for $400.00 for spraying of an ant problem. Today is 8/04/2023 and the problem still exists. Within days of signing I called to cancel contract. I was told I would get a refund. Did not happen, today I was told I would be getting back $31.00. There is a $250.00 cancelation fee. No consideration that I have been a customer for over 20 years. They said they would transfer it to my new home, my new home will probably be in an urn, I am 80 years old. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay another company to fix the ant problem. DO NOT USE THEM. 20 years of being a customer in 2 homes made no difference to them. I hired this company & paid it ALOT of money to get rid of a bed bug problem I was having. Even though a couple of technicians were sent to my apartment, the problem persisted. I called again, a manager was sent but, unfortunately, I still saw the bugs. I made several telephone calls to the company & was told by the woman I spoke with that I "should get a new mattress". Where does she have the gall to tell me that?? I wrote a letter to the owner, who I previously met where I was working, who didn't even have the courtesy of responding. Nick Felicione pest control, Was one of the worst experiences I ever had in Florida. They charged me for work that was never done on an annual contract that I had with them. They Refused to hear me out on a simple issue and threatened to turn me over fir collection if I did not pay for work that just simply didn't get done. I ended up paying them to save my exemplary credit rating and it's left a bad taste in my mouth ever since... I might add that this did not happen yesterday but almost 2 years ago and it still bothers me. Avoid this company at all and any contracts they offer.. We used them for 20 years. On 8/28 we were told we had a beehive. They supposedly removed it for $400.00 See landscaper email on 10/20 below. Good afternoon, I wanted to let you know we had a big problem at your home yesterday. Those beehives that where suppose to of been removed where still in the area of the back. When they cut them down instead of taking them away like they should of they threw them out in the field. When they had the equipment back there to do the work behind the fence the noise of the machines attracted the bees and they came after our guys. My employee Thomas was stung 3 times and Willie my Foreman was stung 1 time. We where all very blessed that they didn't have a reaction to the stings. Whoever did this for you needs to come back and permanently dispose of them. My guys will not go back there unless they are removed. We had this company spray our lawn and bushes for years (8+) and finally stopped their service. Each time, we had to call them to come back and respray for whitefly and other insects. The last 'technician' was caught filling his tank with our hose and water, so I'm not sure they ever sprayed with anything but just water. Then he drove over our lawn and put huge ruts, which we had to have repaired. Terrible service from this company. read more

I had them contracted for some years back, for lawn and inside home spray, all insects never were gone so I decided to end contract. Then had mice problems in the attic, expensive service and rats kept coming in so ended contract as well. Two days ago I had to call them as I heard a mice trapped and did not want the smell so they came, said hello, climbed steps of garage ladder, said they did not see anything ( did not get inside attic) and suggested just wait for the odor and call again, then I received an invoice for $75... just to come and say Hello... also threaten me to pass to collection as I rejected the invoice as nothing further than I did already had been done and no solution to my problem, climb stairs and look... so they say it is for the gas and time to pass by and say Hello.... so evaluate yourself read more

Used to be a good company..now their service is lousy and doesn't seem to work. They tried getting in the pool business, i tried that for about 3 months, they were the worst i have ever used! There was an issue with the white fly treatments and when I called to complain about it they took care of the problem right away. They offered me a year of free white fly treatments so I renewed the contract with them . I am always willing to give people a second chance as long as they recognize their mistakes. read more

We had just moved into our new home and immediately began to notice roaches. At least two a day. We have a six month old so we wanted them gone, and we also wanted them taken care of without pesticides being sprayed everywhere. One of their techs came out, his name was Craig, and was just fantastic. He educated us on what we could do in order to get rid of the roaches. He dusted our attic and sprayed both inside and outside. He then dusted behind out appliances. He said we would see dead roaches on both yards the next day. I was skeptical...... until I walked outside the next morning. There must have been 50 dead roaches. The best part? None of them made it inside. read more

Do not use this company! They try to be the "Jack of all trades" offering pool service, pest control, lawn and landscape services etc. I used them for pool service over four years ago. We had a dispute about final billings which I thought was settled. Never received any additional bills. I have always paid my bills. To my surprise four years later and just recently they filed a delinquency against my credit report. They were unreliable, over billed, and obviously very dishonest.
