The appointment was confirmed and I received text updates 48 hours prior to my appointment. The morning of the appointment I received a message with an eta for Gustavo. This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. Pricing was very reasonable and it was one of the factors when making my decision on which company to choose. I needed preventative care, and it was exactly what I got. Highly recommend, and Gustavo is wonderful, he even played with my dog for a min.

He was extremely thorough, respectful of my belongings, and mindful of my small children. Man, what a great experience with this company…read more I had a small issue with termites and they were swarming around my house. I Called to get a quote and they sent someone within two hours to check it out! Michael was awesome. Very informative and quickly recognized the problem. A few hours later I had a quote for a spot treatment. Kevin came out and did the treatment. Super nice and again explained the whole process for me. He was quick, crawled under my house, sprayed it all down and was done with it within 30 mins. Glad to have a little peace of mind that the termites are under control....at least for now, cause ya know, South Florida.

Hoffer Pest Solutions is a pest control company that I've used for several years at multiple homes…read more Overall I am pleased with my experience. I really appreciate the professionalism and punctuality that Hoffer brings to the table. Their technicians are always on time and they do a great job with regular exterior treatments as well as any interior issues that come up. They are also courteous and knowledgeable. They always explain the treatment process and answer any questions that I have. However, one thing that I found to be disappointing with Hoffer was the quality of their optional mosquito treatment. Despite routine treatment and even double the usual treatment at times, the result was...lots of mosquitoes. I don't know what they're spraying exactly but it's completely ineffective. Despite this setback though, I still give Hoffer Pest Solutions four stars. They do a very nice job with basic preventative pest control and I will continue to use and recommend them.

I will be recommending Royal Pest to all my friends in the area…read more I don't usually write very many reviews, but I feel like this is a business that I'm willing to spend a little time to write one. I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. But if I knew before, I would've used royal pest for everything. 5/5! 10/10 stars! Great company - Catherine Uthe
