I put my comforter in the washer and left to run an errand, came back and put it in the dryer, ran another errand and picked up my comforter. As many have said there is no a/c so it was hot in there and not a place I recommend hanging out at. There's a target and a grocery store not far and Dairy Queen almost in the parking lot. Overall, my needs were met and the place was clean. :)

When I moved to Indiana I was thrilled to find several locations for the cleaners spread throughout Northwest Indiana. I frequented the Lansing cleaners in Dyer and do so on a weekly basis. They are always very friendly quick to remember my name and the price points are extremely competitive especially when using the 20% off coupons that can be found at many locations. On top of the good service and price points it should be mentioned that the clothes I drop off are always clean. My wife and in-laws experimented with competitor cleaners and on several instances things that were supposed to be white turned out yellow. This is a great example of a local brand that was able to leverage good service and prices into a multi location system servicing a community.

They have all kinds of photos and newspaper clippings on the wall that are pretty old. The appearance is a little gloomy because of the dark interior. It looks a little dusty/dirty. The people here are super nice and honestly it's so personable that I'm happy coming here for most items. They send the stuff out to get cleaned, no in house. I think I'm going to take my drapes to see if I can get a better price on them but everything else seemed very reasonable in price.

I never really believed in all of the "Go Green" hype until this service showed me a better way and a safer way to clean your house. I have allergies and i would say with using their service they have reduced 95 % of the allergens that are in my house. I CAN ACTUALLY BREATHE! I've gotten my towels back still dirty and had to bring them back. Another time, I paid cash because the attendant said the machine wasn't working, then the next morning I was accused of lying about paying the night before. Today I picked up my towels folded but still wet. If they're folded, I'm obviously going to assume they're dry. Yes, I should've checked, but this shouldn't happen in the first place. After years of doing business here, this shows a lack of care and attention to customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
