Another time, I paid cash because the attendant said the machine wasn't working, then the next morning I was accused of lying about paying the night before. Today I picked up my towels folded but still wet. If they're folded, I'm obviously going to assume they're dry. Yes, I should've checked, but this shouldn't happen in the first place. After years of doing business here, this shows a lack of care and attention to customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I stopped in a few times with easy to clean items and decided the consistency of cleaning was perfect enough to trust them with articles that I could never replace.
