I did have a little snafu with my comforter which took several try's to correct but the didnt hesitate to make it right. It still wasnt 100% on the last try so I probably just wont use them for Down Comforters but everything else was worth it. I assumed it would be a lost cause...but I Couldn't have been more wrong... just 5 minutes from my new house I found this laundromat that was open 24 hours... even on Thanksgiving. I was happy to find That they had machines that could wash 5 and a 1/2 loads for only $6.75 which included 2 wash cycles and 3 rinse cycles. I had a very hectic day and I didn't have the patience to learn a machine that I was not familiar with, however; the attendant noticed my frustratuon and was nice enough to come help me get all of my clothes going. During the process I realized that 1 of the bottles of laundry soap that I grabbed was not actually laundry soap so I didn't have enough to wash all of my clothes. Lucky for me, I Didn't have to leave the laundromat to a new bottle from the store, because they had a nice selection of different sizes and brands of laundry soap for Customers to purchase...which I really appreciated... the two employees that I dealt with were very friendly. helpful, and kind. In the end, I was really thankful on this holiday, that I had such a great experience...because it that could have went in the whole other direction! So thanks you for your time and help

I don't like leaving bad reviews for small businesses, especially since I've been a customer for…read morethe past three years. But the last three months have been terrible. I've gotten my towels back still dirty and had to bring them back. Another time, I paid cash because the attendant said the machine wasn't working, then the next morning I was accused of lying about paying the night before. Today I picked up my towels folded but still wet. If they're folded, I'm obviously going to assume they're dry. Yes, I should've checked, but this shouldn't happen in the first place. After years of doing business here, this shows a lack of care and attention to customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They recently filled the entire parking lot with loose gravel. This makes it dangerous for…read morecyclists, and impossible for anyone with a mobility aid - wheelchair, walker, even just a cane - to access the building at all. It's also impossible to wheel your laundry to/from a vehicle, meaning it is inaccessible to anyone that can not carry laundry from the sidewalk. I will be filing an ADA complaint.
