To be honest, I do not wash my black slacks; instead, I take them to the dry cleaner. The first week of January, I called Tania, the manager, and she asked me to bring them back, and they would redo them. I checked them before I left yesterday, February 22, when I tried to pick them up, and they were creased, even though I never crease my slacks. The condition of the slacks appears to be worse than when I dropped them off. While I was waiting, the cashier went to speak with the manager, and they attempted to redo them. When the crease did not come out, I decided to leave them. It says in my profile that I do not take creases in my slacks, if I may. It appears that the individual who took the slacks in did not read my "Jalissa" profile. This has been a persistent issue with my slacks. The only thing I want right now is a refund because the slack looks awful.

I had brought in a Halloween costume and a red petticoat to get dry cleaned. I had told the lady…read moreabout two pen marks on the front part of the costume when I brought it into the shop. I went to go pick up my items today and the same two pen marks are still on the costume. The marks are from a normal Bic, ball point pen, less than an inch long each. I asked the lady about it, it was the same lady when I brought in the clothes, she had told me that they must have washed it and couldn't get it out. Now, if I'm not mistake, I took my articles of clothing into them to get washed because they are dry cleaners, that's what they are suppose to specialize in doing. When I look inside the costume, which is black, you can see my white deodorant marks in the armpits of my costume. I asked if they could try again to get the light marks out and the lady ignored me and didn't care what so ever. I will definitely not be returning to Highland Cleaners.

I assumed it would be a lost cause...but I Couldn't have been more wrong... just 5 minutes from my new house I found this laundromat that was open 24 hours... even on Thanksgiving. I was happy to find That they had machines that could wash 5 and a 1/2 loads for only $6.75 which included 2 wash cycles and 3 rinse cycles. I had a very hectic day and I didn't have the patience to learn a machine that I was not familiar with, however; the attendant noticed my frustratuon and was nice enough to come help me get all of my clothes going. During the process I realized that 1 of the bottles of laundry soap that I grabbed was not actually laundry soap so I didn't have enough to wash all of my clothes. Lucky for me, I Didn't have to leave the laundromat to a new bottle from the store, because they had a nice selection of different sizes and brands of laundry soap for Customers to purchase...which I really appreciated... the two employees that I dealt with were very friendly. helpful, and kind. In the end, I was really thankful on this holiday, that I had such a great experience...because it that could have went in the whole other direction! So thanks you for your time and help

The cost is per pound, deducting the weight of the laundry basket. I'm hooked!

I never really believed in all of the "Go Green" hype until this service showed me a better way and a safer way to clean your house. I have allergies and i would say with using their service they have reduced 95 % of the allergens that are in my house. I CAN ACTUALLY BREATHE! I just want to say that Kellie has really brought out the "Going Green" in me. I was a doubter before but now i can honestly say, I am a believer! Also i want to add that whenever they come over they make you feel comfortable and relaxed that you can go about your day while they take care business.
