There's nothing like going to a shop that is run by the owner of the business. There are literally two other "Corporate" tire shops on the same street, but I personally like supporting the little guy! Yes its a little harder to find but c'mon the address is literally right on the building! He didn't have the tire I needed in stock for my 2015 Prius, but he promised to order it and have it ready in two hours and that is exactly what happened. I've been to the other corporate shops and they tell you the wait time is 45 minutes, but I've been there for 2+ hours. Aldo helped me and he didn't try to up sell me, he gave great recommendations that save me a few bucks for the future. I will definitely be back once its time to replace all four tires! I have a Tesla lModel Y with only 4000 miles on it and developed a slow leak in one of my tires. Tesla wanted me to pay over $300 for a new tire and mounting. None of the other tire companies would even look at it because of the foam noice liner in the tire. After spending a day calling every other store, I called Tire Zone who was willing to look at it. the repair took 10 minutes and cost $20 with tip. The service was great, professional and timely. Excellent, friendly, quick tire repair. I had a long nail and a slow leak in a tire that will need to be replaced in the next 10,000 miles or so. That being the case, the service guy recommended a plug and said it would be guaranteed for the life of the tire. I was in and out in about 5 or 10 minutes for a perfectly standard $12 fee. I yelped tire places and found this place. I am so glad I ended up here. I called before showing up. He said he was working on a customer. I told him it was fine. I just wanted him to see my tire to find out if he could get it patched. I got there. I was greeted right away. He asked if I was the one who called I said yes. He was busy at that time and it was going to take about 30 mins, I left the tire told him I would be back. When I returned the tire was ready. He told me to pull up my car to his garage. He installed it so quick. He checked the air on the rest of the tires. And he was done. He is so quick and very professional. I will definitely return for any tire services. It was hard for me to find at first because I live in Upland & I went Benson to Arrow and could not locate it. Came in to have my front tires balanced. Called in before and asked if they had time to do it. I spoke to Aldo and he said he had to leave in 15 minutes and would not be back until after 6:00 p.m. (It was 4:00) I came in because I was up the street and I was out by 4:10 p.m. He balanced them, checked my tire pressure and told me if I needed to switch the back tires to the front it would only $10. He'd even balance the back for free. He showed me how to look at the treading and how I'd tell if I needed to swap the front and back tires. Seemed like a nice guy and was straight to the point. My BMW 528i has vibration while I drive over 70 mph. I was thinking maybe is the tire not balance. I took it to the American tire shop and they re-balance all four tires twice for me and I still feel a little vibration over 70 mph. I give up go to the same place again. I was thinking maybe it is the chrome wheel that I exchange from the OEM wheels. Then I change one chrome wheel from the back which I feel vibration and still feel little vibration. It has been one year and I still couldn't solve the problem by myself. I research tire shop near my work place and I found Tire Zone yesterday 09-06-2017 and I Tool my BMW 528i to have Mr. Aldo check the tire and rim. I told Aldo I will pay it and please exam carefully and find out what is the problem for me and do whatever adjustment for me. Safety first! Me Aldo spend about 1 hour and he told me what he found the problems and fix it. I drove back home and today also and I feel very good about this. read more
