PROS - Flat Rate per Day…read more- Convenient - Open from 5:30am-12:30am - Refrigerated Items Accepted - No Size Limit - Pay on Pick Up CONS - Ease of Locating Located in the baggage claim area of SEA-TAC International, alongside the window/exit side between baggage claims 9 and 10 is the convenient Smarte Carte Storage. Be aware that it can easily be missed, but it does have a yellow painted wall similar to that used for their pay-to-rent smarte cartes throughout the arrival and departure areas. My experience was a pleasant one. Given that I hadn't been to Seattle, and it was on my bucket list, it came in handy to have somewhere to drop off my carry-on duffel bag while I explored Seattle on my 8 hour layover. It took some research as this baggage storage area was ran by Ken's Baggage prior to 2016. The price was very convenient, for two overhead sized duffel bags it came out to approximately $18 for whole day storage (this was for 2018/01/04), and Smarte Carte Storage is open almost 24 hours, so you can still access your belongings regardless of when you were to pick them up. However, I do not know if you can add to/access your belongings inbetween drop off and pick up... that would be a good thing to know. The employees were pleasant and patient. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the lady who helped store our luggage as we were in a hurry, but Bernard helped us retrieve our luggage.. we also got to see what the storage area looked like in the back, and it is very well organized. They even had a refrigerated area, I'm guessing for any ice boxes carrying any fish/seafood that was caught to be flown out, which was unexpected but I'm sure helpful in many cases. Would I return? Most definitely. I'll be sure to post current pricing as of my visit (2018.01.04) for those that are also searching for a place to store luggage/belongings during a long layover at SEA-TAC. --/ One for ME, YELP for YOU. @sandyexplores

I'm actually surprised that I have never reviewed this hotel since I've stayed here a lot of times…read more This hotel is super convenient to Seatac - you could literally walk there if you wanted to. But no need since they have shuttles that run about every 20 minutes to the airport. Also, you can grab the light rail from the airport, which means you can head into downtown Seattle for a measly $3, way cheaper than any other type of transportation. I do like the buffet breakfast a lot, higher quality than some of its peers. They usually have some interesting meats and cheeses, and will make an omelet with bespoke ingredients as part of the buffet. However, sometimes service can be a bit hit or miss. The last time I was there in April 2026, my waitress seemed like she was out of it and charged me the wrong price. I did manage to get it cleared up, but it was frustrating. This hotel has really nice conference rooms and function space. I also think overall the staff is pretty nice. Usually, some of the elevators are not working, which is frustrating. And I wish they had valet parking because it's almost impossible to get a parking space here if there is a convention going on!

The elevator situation was ridiculous. Only two elevators worked and they were very slow. Many…read morepeople at the convention I attended were unable to use the stairs, so there was always a long wait. Many people were late for classes or unable to get there at all. On day three, the service elevator was suddenly accessible to those who needed it, but two days went by before it was offered as an option. Housekeeping was inattentive. I left the room at 8:30 in the morning, without the do not disturb sign on. I could see the carts moving down the hall, so I knew they had been working on rooms. At 2 pm, I could see no carts in the hallway and the room hadn't been made up. I called and asked for extra towels and asked when they would get to the room. They sent someone especially to straighten the room, since they were done for the day. No one ever brought extra towels, though. The breakfast restaurant was a great idea, but our server was definitely on something. She was very out of it. At one point, she dropped the coffee pot off at our table by mistake and didn't give us the bill but demanded our credit cards. Twenty minutes later she came back and told us that we forgot to sign the slips. No. She never dropped them off for us to sign, plus she'd kidnapped our credit cards so we were unable to leave. When she finally brought them back, she had double charged us. We tried to get help and no one, including the manager wanted to help when it was the server's error. We kept being told that she was on her way. It took her fifteen minutes to come out of the kitchen to help fix it and then another five minutes to figure out how to fix it. Ridiculous. The shuttle and luggage hold were great. Every twenty minutes the shuttle would pick up at the airport and drop off at the hotel. It was extremely easy and convenient.

If you are looking for a basic travel agent service that books your tickets, this is the place…read more(though why you'd do that instead of just booking online, I don't know). However, if you need a travel agency that has your back and looks out for your entire travel experience, skip Mango Tours. If you need a travel agency that is professional, caring, well-informed, and efficient, skip Mango Tours. My parents booked a trip to Manila with them for February 2020. When the Philippines was shutting down international travel because of the COVID-19 situation, however, this agency completely blew it. And I mean they royally screwed it up, and if it wasn't for me and my brother-in-law, my parents would now be stuck in Manila until the travel ban was lifted who-knows-when. On 3/16/2020, my Mom emailed me from Manila that they had been given 72 hours to leave the Philippines. She had been trying to get a hold of Mango Tours since 3/13, to no avail (by phone and email). "I will look into it and get back to you," her agent emailed back. She never got back. My Mom emailed her again 3/16, and said our friends have booked flights out; we are in lockdown, please book us tickets to leave Manila before 3/20. The Eva Air office in Makati was already closed due to the pandemic, and no one from Eva Air was answering the main reservation line. The agent emailed again, "I am monitoring all the flights. So far eva air flights are ok. I will keep you posted po. We are monitoring everything from here." My Mom never heard from her again. UNACCEPTABLE! I called my Mom once I got her email on 3/16, and they were in a panic. My parents are elderly, diabetic, and need medication. They were worried they'd be stuck in Manila and run out of medication, and in the pandemonium not be able to see a doctor right away. They didn't want to be stuck in Manila when there was no information as to how long the travel ban would be. It could be months. Their home is here, and they were merely balikbayans visiting the Philippines. Everyone that needed to go could fly out between 3/17 to 3/19. Beginning 3/20, no more international flights in or out of the country! I said to my Mom, "I will call Mango Tours from here; it will probably be easier." On 3/16 at 7pm I phoned, and was #20 in line to reach an agent. I waited 1.5 hours for someone to pick up. When I finally got an agent, she took down my parents' booking number and names. I said, "Hey can I give you my name and number, in case we get disconnected?" "Sure," she said, and took the information down. I said, "You'll call me back if we get disconnected, right? I can't wait another 1.5 hours again to call you, and you don't have a direct line." "Of course, ma'am," she said. As soon as she put me on hold, the line disconnected. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK, EVER. Again, beyond unacceptable, unprofessional, and unreliable. And seriously, what a shitty thing to do! After that crap experience I almost blew a gasket. Instead I channeled my frustrated anger into finding flights. My BIL and I searched online, as flights were literally booking up as we found them. We resorted to looking to just get them out of Manila to anywhere West coast. He fortunately found them a flight to Honolulu, and booked it ASAP. Then found flights from Honolulu to Seattle. In the nick of time, because at midnight on 3/19 no more flights out of Manila were allowed. Can you imagine if we couldn't get my parents out?! They are home now, and we are relieved and grateful. As for Mango Tours: This agency should not be operating at all. Lousy, ignorant, lackadaisical, uninformed service and staff. If they had booked them out immediately as soon as my Mom asked we wouldn't have had to go through that whole ordeal. My parents will NEVER use them again, and will be sure to tell all their friends about this. Grade: F.
