    Garbage. Highly recommend not signing up. In fact i would pay to not use them. It's supposed to be faster than regular but it's slower

The planes are generally quiet which I love since my longstanding beef with Airbus planes is engine noise. I also find STARLUX's pricing to be very competitive and enjoy nerdy side facts like how their standardized call sign is "Starwalker." For some constructive feedback, I find the bathroom sinks don't seem to drain very well and are too small to not make a mess. I imagine that is specific to the airplane model and not necessarily something in their control. The paper towels provided, though sturdy, also tear super easily from the dispenser, so it makes it hard to grab one without leaving a paper towel massacre. The soothing scents and lotion usually decrease my anxiety around trying to leave the bathroom sink in a good shape after using it. I appreciate the plentiful snacks, but they are all quite dry. I find myself reluctant to eat many since there isn't any accompanying beverage service which is understandable since most guests are sleeping. I wonder if maybe someone could be following with water behind the snack person? This seems more accessible than me hitting the call button multiple times as I try to enjoy the plentiful spread of cracker options. I also think some of their food could use more palate cleansing vegetables or something. I generally like their food, but the ginger noodles for breakfast were quite greasy. I love the ability to pre-order and review the menu since I often find myself stuck with limited options on other airlines due to some dietary restrictions. I'm surprised more people don't pre-order. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Alaska Airlines $ALK from…read moreSan Francisco. from Gate to Baggage, took the internal train, then went to the Shuttle Islands to notify my hotel that I had arrived and was ready for a pickup. It was helpful that there was a directory at the shuttle pickup islands indicating where each destination did pickups. But the signage and maps were initially confusing, and it had not been clear what level lead to hotel shuttles. Departure May 10 $ALK heading back to San Francisco. Arrived via Norwegian $NCLH port to airport shuttle $30, purchased at the port entire bus unloaded near Alaska Airlines, where $ALK $DAL both had luggage tagging available, you could also request mobility assistance but the waiting area on the lower level was jammed on this Sunday morning. this was the start of the Alaska cruising season so numerous ships were loading and unloading guests. Lots Alaska cruisers have mobility assistance needs so Sundays will be significantly impacted during the Alaska cruise season Months I would suggest if able to skip the mobility and bag tagging on the lower level , and just continue to the upper level if able and if you have priority status. Security was not bad but remove laptops, iPads from bags. if your shaving kit has bottles that are large containing liquids pack them into a checked bag. FYI, if flying Alaska $ALK, and you pay for your ticket with the base fee credit card you can check one bag at no cost, 1st class you get 2 checked bags per flight. Bag fees can justify the Credit Card Fee or enhanced Fare Seat Purchase. TSA was on my day painless, I present a passport when flying or cruising. Movement within the terminal was easy via the internal rail. Needed to use the toilet near my gate, and all of the toilets had their rolls of tissue Exhausted, I Pack a roll of tissue in my carry bag in addition to wipes just in case of situations like this. Terminal felt slightly claustrophobic, and gate lounges were full with barely enough seating. The positive was that you walk less, but the spaces feel full. SEA and SFO move near equal number of passengers, but SEA felt far more crowded on my departure days.

Be aware that it can easily be missed, but it does have a yellow painted wall similar to that used for their pay-to-rent smarte cartes throughout the arrival and departure areas. My experience was a pleasant one. Given that I hadn't been to Seattle, and it was on my bucket list, it came in handy to have somewhere to drop off my carry-on duffel bag while I explored Seattle on my 8 hour layover. It took some research as this baggage storage area was ran by Ken's Baggage prior to 2016. The price was very convenient, for two overhead sized duffel bags it came out to approximately $18 for whole day storage (this was for 2018/01/04), and Smarte Carte Storage is open almost 24 hours, so you can still access your belongings regardless of when you were to pick them up. However, I do not know if you can add to/access your belongings inbetween drop off and pick up... that would be a good thing to know. The employees were pleasant and patient. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the lady who helped store our luggage as we were in a hurry, but Bernard helped us retrieve our luggage.. we also got to see what the storage area looked like in the back, and it is very well organized. They even had a refrigerated area, I'm guessing for any ice boxes carrying any fish/seafood that was caught to be flown out, which was unexpected but I'm sure helpful in many cases. Would I return? Most definitely.
