The driver was in front of my house at 3:50 am and he kindly came to my door to help me with my luggage, and I didn't even asked for that. Driver looked professional and clean as well as a car. Also, I've ordered Chrysler 300 but got free upgrade to amazing Suburban. Car vas clean inside out and smelled really nice. Ride was a little long (from Everett to SeaTac) but I enjoyed it because nice music and interesting conversation. Even thought my first experience was unbelievable, but there are many companies that do that. However, after few trips with them I understood that all drivers are well trained, cars are clean and route is correct all the time. I have been using Seattle Premium Town Car for about 12 years at 20 or so trips per year. I don't even think about calling anyone else, as they are unquestionably: dependable, punctual, the cars are clean, drivers super friendly, water always waiting for me, Airport pickups are a breeze, a simple call and they are on the way, Day or night, I never wait long even with bad SEA-TAC arrival traffic. Booking takes a minute maximum and I do it the old school way with a phone call. I am a planner so I usually book in advance, but they are there for me if my plans change and I need a last minute pickup at my house or from a flight.
