I ordered almost 300 dollars worth of oils and it has been 2 months and not only have I not received it but your emails will not be answered. I love their product - smells great....but I've contacted them at least ten times to change my address. They keep sending my orders to my old address and it costs me $58.00 each time. I'm torn with my rating, the smells are amazing however the ordering online is awful. They say your order will ship in 7-10 business days but if you don't email them to follow up you won't receive your shipment at all. My experience with Aroma 360 has been ABSOLUTELY horrible. I ordered the product on a subscription plan, yet after 2 months, I have not received the products. However, I'm being charged a monthly subscription fee. The phone numbers for customer service only direct you to submit an email to support@aroma360.com. I have sent multiple emails, made a number of calls, and left messages for aroma 360 and their financing company, who, by the way, are also not able to reach them by phone, and I've made an appointment to speak with a representative (not to mention appointments for a return call are over 2 weeks out.) The customer service with this company should receive zero stars. Definitely do not recommend this business. read more

I was so excited when my husband gifted me this sleek diffuser with 6 different oils that smelled amazing. Unfortunately the diffuser stopped emitting scent after a few months. I googled the issue and followed the directions to clean the tubes with no results. Contacted customer service several times with no response. Wasted money and time. I placed an order for the aroma 360 one of the big units and the small one After placing my order shortly after I received a call from Jade advising me that it would be better for me to sign up for the automatic scent delivery which would give me the machine for free as long as I purchase the scents for the next 3 years. After doing the math it look like a good deal. Sign a contract and was told that the money I had already paid would be refunded in about a week and would receive the new scents within a week. Well I'm still waiting for the scents and no money has been refunded. I have a big unit unable to use as I have no scents. Calling is useless, and when you schedule a phone call nobody calls. I would NIOT recommend as their customer service Zero to none. I wish someone would just call to settle this matter. I've been a customer 2018 and was so disappointed to see some of these reviews! They are definitely NOT a scam, their products are amazing and my home always smells like a resort. I constantly get compliments from anyone who visits and if not they knock on my door to find out what smells so good! I reach out to Gracie D and my experience is always exceptional. I'm a sucker for ads on fb, and Aroma360 was one of them. I was definitely interested in their product. A home sized hotel style air diffuser. Their new home model diffuser reads like it has great features. What really got me interested was their custom scents to recreate the scents at the biggest resorts around the world. The scent bottle lasts a long time, and you can set the machine to disperse as much or as little scent as you'd like. There are tons of scents available and they have a team that can help you create your own custom scent. I really have to give it to their saleswoman Brittany. I was interested at first, and scent in (see what I I there) a generic email with some questions. Her follow up was great, and not pushy. I actually wasn't even going to buy the damn thing haha. But her finally email got me. But the purchase was worth it 100% if you're looking to make your home smell better, definitely try aroma360, and specifically ask for Brittany. I have tried to get in touch with someone for months. I got an email back asking me for my account info. I replied back with no response. We purchased two large units , and one of the kids in the house is allergic to the scents. There is still fragrance blowing through my vents even after I turned them off and took the bottles out. This is terrible! They said that the oil would not stay in my vents. I wonder if they are going our of business, no one is responding. I did get a call back from someone once with no response when I called her right back. Like so many reviews on here said, do not buy anything from the company, feels like a scam!!! read more

I would say DO NOT buy from this company. They seem to change their return policy OFTEN. I purchased 2 electric diffuser, normal diffuser, and 3 scents. They were exactly what I expected and one of the scents is too strong...as I could smell the UNopened bottle. I decided to return that scent and only one electric diffuser. Well guess what ...they changed their policy and I have to pay for the return shipping. Be sure people before you purchase. read more

This company use to be amazing, back in the days I actually have 3 diffusers from them, 2 of the 360 one and one Davinci. The prices were good and they had a lot of promo codes. Now days they want to charge $68 for 120ml and act like they giving you a deal when they do the 40%. 120ml was $38 not even a year ago. Than it went up to $48, now is $68. Absolutely toxic. After only ten minutes of exposure to this product being pushed through our building's common lobby via the HVAC I became so ill so quickly it left me disabled for 2.5 days due to sudden migraines, severe nausea, allergic like reactions with shortness of breath, and dizziness. No one anywhere should pump chemicals of any kind through their hvac system. Fragrances are a known allergen and often have chemicals that cause major medical issues in about 37 percent of the population. More concerning it that they don't post ingredients as one would expect. Who in their right mind would use any product without knowing what is in it and pump it into the air only to expose residents to all sorts of problems? This is terrible concept. Terrible company with terrible scents that make you feel like you will vomit the moment you are exposed to it. Even at the lowest 10 percent setting. Don't be fooled by this or any other company that offers to do the same thing. Protect your health and install a HEPA filter. You will be much better off. read more

Having an awful experience with this company! They ended upgrading my wireless pro to a davanci unit. They told me I would be refunded for the wireless pro in 3 days. All of a sudden I got the package in the mail and said they couldn't refund it now until after I sent it back, which they were supposed to cancel the shipment from even going out. Then I get the new unit and it doesn't come with any good instructions took me forever to figure out the key access and having to get the top off to put the scent in. This unit was super difficult to figure out and the all the scents they sent weren't at all any scents I would want in my house. I then call to say I want to return the unit which they said I'd have 30 days to return. I'm not even a week out. They said I have to speak with a specific billing department that only work off appointments and they were all booked for the next two days. I finally get something scheduled for today and they were supposed to call me at 1pm. I got a phone call at 12:30 which I was in a meeting answered and asked that they call between 1-1:30 which was the scheduled time. They didn't call so I called and left a message and told them I'd be free until 1:45 or they would need to call 4 or after. I then get a call at 2:30 which I was of course in another meeting and asked they call me after 4. Never heard back, so I call them. I spoke with a customer service person who basically says yeah only they can help you sorry. Let's get you rescheduled only to find out that they are all booked tomorrow and they only have certain times on Friday. I get booked and felt like I should double check this guy. I told him I wanted to make sure he had the correct time zone which I told him before booking me and he didn't so he had to update that again. Basically they don't want you to be able to return the product and I've wasted so much time trying to get this product returned. Not worth your time or money!!! read more

I ordered one of their machines not long ago and go in auto order forgetting we were leaving town for three months. When I came home to three fresh bottles I was dreading contacting the company to try to delay the subscriptions. This is usually nearly impossible to do with most companies if you don't have a log in, however I contacted them via email and was very pleasantly surprised to get a reply from a real person (Alexandra Dais-she was great!) who made the change painlessly. Knowing it's this easy to cancel or change a subscription I'll definitely keep ordering and probably get another for our small hotel!. this scents are amazing so far. A good find! read more

READ ALL OF THE CURRENT REVIEWS!!! I dont think they understand what customer service is. My sample order that I paid for is screwed up, no big deal just send the correct order...wrong. They dont answer the phone and if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer chat they tell you that someone will call you in 24 to 48 business hours ( 3-6 days). I have been trying to buy their oils and it will take 30 days on their schedule, their competition must love them!!! update I heard back from them today. I had asked for a sample of all scents and was charged $10 shipping but they only sent 10 samples, I explained today and was told if I want more samples I would be charged shipping again only 10 samples per $10 shipping envelope one fedex envelope could hold all 50???
