I've always been an advocate of Scent Marketing and Branding, and incorporate it into any property I manage. In the multifamily industry we have the same few vendors that everyone uses, but since we all used the same ones we were now missing the purpose of scent branding...A Unique Scent Identity. I want my residents and prospects to associate the scent at my communities with the great time and experiences they have had there. Aroma 360 gave me exactly what I wanted! Whitney was my Luxury Scent Consultant, and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She asked questions about the vision I had for each community, learned about the properties and the neighborhood they were in, and the demographic of the residents that lived there. With all of this information Whitney was able to provide suggestions on scents, and had samples sent to me within a couple days. She also provided guidance on selecting the right diffuser to get perfect results. I originally wanted a different scent for each community, but in the end I found one that worked perfect for them both. Between the two properties I purchased four Davinci 360 diffusers, and two Mini 360 diffusers for the office, along with a year supply of oils. The diffusers were easy to program, and provided different operating settings to get exactly what we needed. Adding Aroma 360 scenting has been so successful that there has been discussions at our corporate level about creating a signature scent nationwide. Everyone who comes to our community comments on how amazing it smells, and we even received a few resident review comments on how great our new scent is. If I could give zero stars I would, and I am not one to ever write Yelp reviews and even more so negative ones. This company is quite literally a scam. I subscribed to their monthly scent refills and after using the first refill my scent magically had barely any smell. In addition, all my monthly orders would take FOREVER to arrive. I would get emails saying they shipped on the first of the month and not receive it until the last week of that month. Even now, my December order they emailed me on the first saying it was shipped, it has still not arrived. They have no phone number to call or any way to contact them directly, only via email or online chat. Both of which they also take FOREVER to respond to. I have been trying to contact literally anyone for help with these issues since October 19 and still nobody has resolved these problems. Do not recommend this company at all!! read more

Where do I begin with my experience in dealing with this company. What sucks is I've met some amazing employees of theirs and then there's those 2-3 bad apple that ruins it for the entire brand. However I'm only going to entertain my most recent encounter.on Friday April 22nd at about 4pm I came in to purchase 4 diffusers and 8 different scents. I brought in my receipt from purchasing that same diffusers 2-3 months ago. I asked the young lady if they could match the price and said I'll even purchase additional 5th or 6th device to get a better rate. She takes my old receipt goes in the back for a few mins comes back and says they'd apply a 20% discount to my order. She goes in the back runs my cards (because I split the transaction between 2 payments) and gives me my products. I immediately noticed my old receipt nor a new receipt was given to me. I asked right then and there for a receipt. Her face turned red as if she was annoyed or as if I was bothering her. I can clearly see it in her face something was up. She says she'll be right back. After waiting 20mins I become inpatient, I stand up and walk towards the back and I see her helping the next customer as if I no longer existed. I went as close as possible just so she can see that I was still there waiting. She did everything possible to not look over and acknowledge me. I continue to wait because I was entirely confused as to what was happening. When she finished up with that customer she walks her out and completely ignores me as if I didn't exist. To make matter worse she goes in the back I then waited another 10-15 then I myself go in the back and ask for her. The gentleman that was there told me "Oh she went home.." At this point I become furious, because she deliberately felt like it was ok to play with Aroma 360 customers. I had already realized that she withheld my receipt because she lied about the 20% discount. But to have me wait then sneak out through the back is extremely childish and an embarrassment to your brand. read more

Not only were all the products absolutely inadequate, especially for this price point, but trying to access professional and attentive customer service to help navigate a return and refund process is a nightmare. All the scents I purchased seem to be extremely watered down scents and frankly, all seem to smell sour? Additionally, the diffuser, on the strongest setting, doesn't put out any real scent at all. Again, completely ineffective at providing the service claimed especially at this price point. Then, when I attempted to contact customer support about the returns process I was bounced around to multiple people (with massive time delays between responses which required me to "hunt down" the support) who all gave different answers for what steps I need to take for the return/refund or would just completely ignore my very clear requests for support on how to return the product. It's my experience that their goal is to push out the time with these delayed responses and bouncing around to "run out the clock" on their 30 day return policy. I legitimately tried my best to chase down emails, contact all sources I could get access to (ex: social media accounts) for any sort of professionalism and customer support but I have only continued to be met with "ghosting" and a total lack of support. For hundreds.... hundreds of dollars spent on their price points, it's ABSOLUTELY unacceptable behavior from a company. BUYERS BEWARE, you WILL get defective and ineffective products that do not deliver whats advertised and you will be stuck with spending an insane amount of money and nothing to show for it because this company completely abandons their customers to intentionally run out the 30 day return clock. Thank you Farah for your outstanding customer service and helping me continue to have the best smelling house in GA! We bought 3 mini units, within 9 months they quit working. The company replaced 2, after I pointed out that their warranty said 1 year, even though they said it was 90 days. I received the replacement units in April 2019 and now neither works. read more

Three stars overall for Aroma360 (product is pretty good, customer service - not great at all). Five stars for Marlo, the customer service rep who was FINALLY able to resolve my issue after (literally) SEVEN calls, emails, and online chats combined. I had what I felt was a simple request to cancel an oil subscription that I did not need (I already had two separate subscriptions). This particular subscription was made in error and I was trying to get it corrected. Each contact prior to Marlo was either unresponsive (email) or erroneously told me that the issue had been resolved, i.e., the extraneous subscription had been cancelled, when in fact it had not (a different rep and online chat representative). So, by the time I reached Marlo, I was LIVID. My tone and language was extra spicy as I was completely frustrated at this point. Marlo was extremely patient and understanding and made sure that he was addressing my issues successfully. He did. Finally, after two weeks and seven phone calls/emails/chats my issue was resolved correctly and to my satisfaction. It will be a long time before I order something new from Aroma360 - if at all, but Marlo was definitely my hero for the day. read more

I have purchased 4, 360 mini diffusers. They are difficult to get set and I thought they came with a remote. No! One of my electrical cords quit working a few months after purchase. I started contacting Aroma 360 in Nov 2021. I've emailed and received a couple different case numbers, I've text, called numerous times and I still can't get help with this issue. I've tried on a monthly basis (usually more often than that) and still no response. One time I did actually get to talk to someone and they said the cord will be mailed out that day! That was in February! Still waiting. I do not recommend this company... go elsewhere! It's maddening to purchase these bc they aren't cheap, and then get no customer support. Well.... Ive been using my automated 360 since December and love it. The big problem is the customer service. They never answer the phone, no call back when I left several messages . No response on any of my E-Mails and there been a lot. Very dissatisfied. I finally wrote a review on FB saying how bad the customer service was, and finally got a response . My issue was the scents that they where auto-shipping where not correct. And I tried for 3 months to cancel the auto-ship as well. No response . After my FB review in messenger they told me to return the wrong scents (at my cost) witch I did. Just to find out yesterday they refused my package. Zero stars. They make you open a line of credit to sign up and they are super helpful to do that but not to assist you in any technical difficulties. I don't appreciate that they don't let you use Amex so you can't do a chargeback for their horrendous service. Horrible Customer Service! I purchased a D'Vinci unit which was never shipped to me. I called 3 times left messages and emails. Finally talked with someone who stated they would refund my money. Weeks went by and I still did not receive my refund. I called the customer service to explain that my diffuser was no longer working so I set up an appointment with their technical support team. Their support team never contacted me back therefore I canceled my subscription because as you know, once you get receive our sub subscription you have 3 to 6 extra bottles. However, because my diffuser was no longer working I didn't need the extra bottles. Therefore I canceled my subscription. after canceling my subscription, I was still billed and sent bottles. I've contacted aroma 360 at least 10 times in order to receive a refund, however, I've been getting the runaround. There has been one time that aroma 360 has contacted me indicating they saw that there was a dispute and they were gonna issue me a refund, I anticipated the refund to be within 3 to 5 business days which was OK. However, it's been 27 days and they're still no refund on my account. I think this is very unprofessional extremely frustrating. I probably spent two weeks researching diffusers and decided on the free pro unit with three month subscription. When I removed the packaging the scent bottle was leaking. I cleaned it up and assembled the unit as directed. I believe I had correctly synched the remote to the unit; however, was not sure if the blue power button should continue blinking. I sent an e-mail that day with no response. However, I noticed the next morning that while the diffuser was aerating there was no scent. When I lifted the top of the unit I noticed the bottle was only half full and, by removing the bottle from the unit, oil poured out everywhere. The bottom of the unit appeared to have the residual oil that also poured out everywhere. I wrote another e-mail to a second e-mail address that I found on their website yesterday also with no response. I have requested twice that my subscription not be renewed. I have no option now but to contact my bank. This has been a nightmare experience for me. Buyer beware when ordering from this company. read more

I told them that I had checked my spam and my email and nothing was in there either the lady told me to stay by the phone she would call me back in five minutes which she failed to do and then she sent me an email telling me that they had sent me the the product code through my email and to please check my spam. Why does she need to send me that type of email when I had already told her that I had not received the code so this company is very unorganized and all I know is I paid for a $50 gift certificate and I want my gift certificate . seem to me that they're giving me the runaround. read more

Good Afternoon, I don't know where to start but whatever you do please think before buying their products. I invested a lot of money on the Van Gogh and have had issues since March. you can't call anyone becuase they do not have a customer service number. HUMMMMM that right there should tell you something. They tell you to email support, of course this buys them time. The tech reps. are not really techs at all. they are just trying their best . my last incident was the machine not scenting a full room at all. they told me I had to change the hose. they sent me a hose with no attachments. Really? then they told me my machine was too far from air handler. then the hose had to be placed a certain way. Funny how known of this is on their manual. their manual is very vague. this is why so many people have to call them. oh and you can't use the machine on app. there is no app. it doesn't work. then you see those commercials on facebook, you just want to warn everyone. now they finally told me they will replace machine. here is the best part. they want me to return my machine to them and they will send another. no instruction, no shipping label, nothing...they have trained to scam you. please be careful. this company hasn't heard the last of me yet! oh and if you want to talk to a supervisor, you have to wait 24-48 hours I think I am going to seek legal advice. this machine is $900.00 and I am not going to stand for this unprofessionalism from any company. hope this helps anyone else that is deciding to buy from them. ask them for their phone number and address. read more

I purchased two of their da Vinci diffusers each were roughly $1000. They offered to help me set up the diffusers in store, which I was greatly appreciative as they are complex machines however, after a few weeks, I noticed the machines weren't working, as well as I thought they set me up with a over the phone repair which I followed and still several weeks later no results I have called this location every day for the past two weeks and have heard no response back. Steer clear of Aroma360 for your scenting wants! I along with so many others (read the reviews on trustpilot) have had nothing but frustration dealing with this company all in an effort to obtain scenting tools for your home. Something that shouldn't be so difficult to obtain, is an absolute nightmare. I originally saw an info commercial with Kyle Richards and thought I'd like to try a small unit with some oil. I placed a simple order on a Friday night. By 9 am Saturday morning a rep was calling me offering the Van Gogh machine as an upgrade for free if i just do an Oil Subscription. Seems harmless enough, right? WRONG. I went almost 2 months without a machine and arguing over the phone with reps that i did in fact get my machine (they called me a liar). FINALLY I get a rep who listened and determined I did NOT get my unit as the UPS returned it to them in Florida because my address was keyed into their system wrong and it was never delivered. I eventually get my unit and then no oil(s). I had to call literally daily and spent anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour fighting to get oil sent to me. This experience has been an absolute exhausting; frustrating nightmare and I wish I never placed that order on a Friday night. I'm now locked into an oil subscription where I get to call every single month to fight to get my oil for the next 3 years at $129.99 a month. This makes me sad. Really sad. Hoping based on so many complaints a class action lawsuit is forth coming for Aroma 360 so I may have an opportunity to get retribution. read more

READ THIS FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING!!!! Buyers beware: I purchased 2 units from them in April (the vanGogh 360s). Right after purchase, I got a call from someone working there. They were going to cancel my order and sign up for a plan to save me money and also provide scents for the units and a warranty. They said i would be getting free units essentially. Since then, I received 5 vangoghs (only wanted 2), my original order was never canceled or refunded, and have not received the continued scents as promised. I called to request a refund and to return the unused/extra units. I was told NO, they will not do that. The man on the phone also said he would not let me talk to a manager or anyone else because he was making the decision for the company... said he would not let me speak to a manager or anyone else and would not help.... Essentially saying we (aroma360) screwed you over and there is nothing you can do! I am being charged over 8,000 for products I can buy on their site for less than 1500.... Really wanted to like this company. My long term goal was to have one of their whole home hvac systems but chose to use one of their mini diffusers first to make sure I liked it before committing to a hvac system. I'm extremely happy I went that route! The scents are amazing and loved each one I received. My issue is they have absolutely horrible customer service. The second month I had this required 3 month subscription service I had an issue with oil leaking into the diffuser. No problem they sent a replacement bottle, same issue with the replacement bottle. I put in an old bottle that still had some oil left in it and had no issues. Contacted the company and they wanted me to schedule a tech support appointment, again no problem as I felt they were trying to resolve my issue. Had the tech appointment and told the tech the issue and that a different bottle of oil worked just fine. The tech wanted me to send the diffuser in for them to look at it. Starting to get frustrated as it should have been obvious that if different scent bottle works fine in the machine then its an issue with that specific scent that they should look into and just send a different scent to me to keep my diffuser being used as it should be. It was received by the company on July 31, in their email their time frame for checking out the diffuser was 3-5 business days. As of today August 20 my diffuser still hasn't even been looked at by them. The 3 months of the required subscription the scents never showed up to my house anywhere close to the same time each month. Example: received an email stating the scent was on the way on July 31, received a USPS tracking number with no movement until August 14. Extremely disappointed with this company and I am beyond happy I experienced this before committing to their hvac system. read more
