It mostly consisted of the staff asking, "Do you like this?" or "Do you like that?" without providing much guidance or personalized recommendations. The store also seemed understaffed, and the employees appeared overworked and frustrated, which affected the overall customer experience. I also think a business centered around fragrances would benefit from having staff who are more knowledgeable about the scents they carry and can confidently make recommendations. Lastly, a more polished and professional appearance from the team would better reflect the quality of the service customers expect. Overall I dont think its worth the price if the employees arent knowlodgable and confident with what they are doing or even happy with the job they have.

It's not that these guys have a unique boutique as much as their expertise and their customer service. Their vibe is hella cool, they love what they do, taught me stuff I didn't know, gave honest opinions on what would suite me or not. I bought one against their recommendation, and returned it after wearing it one night and realizing they were right and exchanged it for the one they recommended. I've worn it almost every day since. They also didn't have one I wanted at the time so they made a special order for me and had it delivered to me since I live out of state and sent me some gifts with it. Can't recommend them enough and they'll be. Stop every time I come to town.

The Nordstrom's anniversary sale going on so this was my first stop. The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Three floors with cosmetics, designer handbags, fashion accessories, and women's shoes on the lower level. Second Floor is womens clothing and mens, children and home goods on the third floor. I saw a few things in the Anniversary catalog and wanted to see them in person. I still prefer buying in person. Picked up a couple of tops and had to order a pair of shoes because they were out of my size. The store wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon and customer service was above and beyond. This is one of the reasons I shop at Nordstroms.

Just purely kind people here. The Christian Louboutin store was at the Nordstrom entrance with a mini version mens CL shoe section on the other side. Love the red soles but too Euro for me. The fragrance section is pricey but most of the men's clothing were favorably discounted. So really a mix of merch. There is a café and eatery here too. Both I have tried at the Boca Town Center and was impressed.

After making the purchase, I asked if they could provide me with a few complimentary samples to take on an upcoming trip. I was told that I would have to purchase the samples instead. For a luxury fragrance brand, especially after purchasing one of their more expensive City Exclusive fragrances, I expected a little more generosity and warmth in the customer experience. It wasn't a major issue, but it definitely took away from what should have been a more enjoyable luxury shopping experience. I really like Le Labo and Gaiac 10, but based on this experience, if I purchase from Le Labo again, it will probably be online rather than in-store.

Listen..I'm writing this review but I don't want to - no I don't. I know that the more people who…read morehear about this place, the less opportunity I can just walk in and get my hair done. But sharing is caring and for real - these women really should be shared - not only do they know how to do hair, nails, wax and facial - they know how to treat you like a friend while keeping the place professional. Truth is that I've been a patron of this place for years -they have seen me through many moody hair styles. It was my plan never to anyone because I love my hair dresser and I don't want to share her...no I am not an only child - there was 11 of us - you learn in a household that big very early -that once you got something good, you hold on to it. Why the change of heart? Well, today I was there for an extensive beauty treatment (keratin treatment - wish me luck) and wax - which meant I was there for a few hours, and I noticed that only a few true and loyal customers came for services. On a Friday, with so many beautiful people in Miami - this place should have been more busy. So - harnessing my spoiled child syndrome - I am willing to share my beauty salon because I don't go enough to pay their electricity /rent/food/children's tuitions/medical expenses etc.. Specific Pro's: 1. Reasonably priced -- it is possible to still get a wash and blow dry for $20. 2. Only a few blocks from a few different metro movers....if you are driving, parking can be a pain - you will have to pay or be very lucky to get a street spot....it may work to park by Bayside and walk a few blocks. 3. Professional and Prompt service - make an appointment - and then show up on time - you will be seen on time or have to wait for the next opening -- they respect their customers. 4. They sell the products they use and give you instructions on how to maintain your look. 5. They have a frequent visitor card :-) after like 6 sessions you can start getting discounts on future services. 6. Hair dresser/nail/wax/facial all in one area - if you plan it out - you can have a beauty day! Ok...logging off to swing my pretty hair around. Cheers! MM

When you first walk in ,Metro is a beauty supply shop. I loved the middle aisle with sale items. In the back (not visible from the store front ) is the salon. It's not a fancy place. but the place was full and after a customer left, anther one came in. I was a bit disappointed that we did not use the chair for pedicures with the tub where you soak your feet (you know the one...it has the back massage). Instead the manicurist brought out a store bought type foot massage, soaker ; this was disappointing and awkward as she had me soak my feet under the table, then when she was ready to do the pedi she had me lift my foot (from under the table) to rest on her knee. Weird, but at $37 for a great mani/pedi, I won"t complain. Don't be intimidated as the majority of stylists speak Spanish as a first language;but this is just icing on the cake!
