Came here today to try out the new pro filter fluid flex foundation by Fenty Beauty. The staff was very helpful in matching the correct foundation for my skin tone. There was a line but it moved quickly and the staff made sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of while getting matched. I would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area. read more

Came here just after Black Friday to find a fair amount of their popular items sold out. Even so, I was still able to find some other alternatives that were sufficient enough. The staff were still helping with smiles on their faces even though I imagine they were exhausted. Wouldn't mind coming to this location again. read more

I stopped in to shop for a new fragrance and to also return a skincare item that I previously purchased. I was beyond the 30 day money back guarantee time frame but was still issued a store credit with no problem. Found a great scent Burberry Goddess that I don't have in my collection until now, so it was a good shopping experience. read more

The people who work here are like your besties! So friendly and welcoming and ready to help you look your best

Don't expect any customer service here at all. People hardly speak English and are rude and condescending. No one will try to help you. Horrible location. The worst Sephora experience I have ever had. read more

Came in for help with choosing a concealer as I don't normally wear make up. When I walked in I wasn't even greeted by the two employees having a conversation in the front. Was walked by multiple times and not once was asked if I needed help. Wasn't the most welcoming feeling. Decided to leave instead and spend my money at the ulta in target read more

This Sephora location is THE BEST! Attentive staff and alway ready to help . Something that I would love to mention is that this place specifically is always clean and organised. Love that! I've been in different locations and trust me this is one of the best. And of course, it's not too busy like Brickell city centre location, so you can spend your time looking around. Today I went just for foundation and concealer so it was a quick shop, anyhow it was pleasurable. Back in a couple of days :) read more

We end up at this Sephora by coincidence and it was great because my Mom needed to check out some products. The place, as usual, was neat, with nice background music, all the products and prices we are used to but I didn't like the fact that no one came to ask if we needed any help. If it wasn't for a computer they had, we wouldn't find the cream my Mom was looking for. read more

the old security guy is seriously creepy, I walk in there and hes immediately looking me up and down, I'm not sure if it was him checking me out or something, but it made me really uncomfortable and whenever i was looking at an item i would look over my shoulder and hes right behind me death staring me. I really didnt feel comfortable and I felt sick to my stomach. I'd consider letting him go seriously. HES SO CREEPY!!!!! read more

Not a big Sephora... so I'm not going to give it less stars because it's not as big as the one on Lincoln Road. That obviously means they don't have all the brands. But I think this is Sephora enough to find what you REALLY need. All the products i use mostly on my skin I've purchased here. I really haven't interacted with the staff too much here since i always go in specifically to find something. But the integration i have had had been fine. read more

I was in the area, looking around, doing touristy things. I was about to leave but decided to look in Sephora. I was with my mom and we went looking, not having anything in mind. My mom then asked a nearby worker about a face cream for her. One thing led to another and I was asking advice about products for my acne prone skin. The worker (don't know her name) provided SEVERAL helpful tips. She shared with me her experiences and advice from dermatologists, gave me products that helped her. I have been strictly using all Differin products (adapalene and benzoyl peroxide) for nearly 2 years. It helped significantly but not completely. She suggested "in beauty project keep it clean cleanser" and "tower 28 sos daily rescue facial spray" and "facial radiance pads with glycolic + lactic acids" and "superfood air-whip moisture cream by youth to the people". Hopefully I can share the results. read more

I booked the Ultimate Glam makeup appointment for a special occasion & Jenny was amazing!! She was very kind and a great makeup artist! She took her time and ask my preferences & did an amazing job!! I was so happy! Thank you for the excellent service! read more

My representative was very knowledgeable, I honestly forgot her name but she was the sweetest. I ended up getting almost everything I needed to complete my make up routine. The rest of the items that they did not have in stock they were able to help me source and order online so I can have them at my house by Monday hopefully. I would recommend calling in before driving there because they are Out of stock and quite a few items so if you're driving in for specific items definitely call in advance so you don't waste your time read more

the manager is super rude and misunderstanding. she did not want to accept my return and then accepted it and kept my free lotion and box that i brought from home to then tell me she's throwing it away. she was also giving me attitude and telling to be thankful for her. worst sephora EVER read more

Terrible customer service. When you walk in, only the security speaks to you. The workers act as if you don't exists. I was obviously looking around for something and no one said anything until I put my hand on a product. Once I picked up a product a sales associate said "can I help you find something." No, I've obviously found what I'm looking for without your assistance if I'm picking up the product. Not coming back here. read more

I come here all the time and each time the old security guard follows me around, looking over displays, hiding to watch me! I don't know if it is because I normally come in and spend time looking at everything or what. But it's extremely uncomfortable. I feel like I am stealing (which I'm not) the way I am being watched. Makes you feel like a criminal. I know Sephora has stealing issues but oh my god I hate how this man stares. read more

Service is terrible. The only reason that I am giving it a star is because I have too. I must say I was eager to shop but I was so turned off by the customer service that the only reason I even purchased something was just so I won't be looked as a person who asked so many questions and was not going to buy anything. The women who took care of me just was in such a rush to take care of me that she kept trying to walk away and just wanted me to figure it out on my own. It really is cringing to see such bad service. I have worked in customer service and for a location like that you guys are lacking big time! read more

First of all let me start by saying I absolutely do NOT ever do reviews like none but the service I received in this specific Sephora establishment today ( and I am a regular at Sephora ) was disgusting !!!! So first when we walked in we were not greeted even though there were about 6 people in the store , including my 2 friends and the workers . Okay cool no big deal then when we started to look and shop we happened to notice that we were being followed by not only the security but the workers as well . Then when I guess she saw how uncomfortable I was and how I was looking for a specific item she very dryly asked " you need help ? " I responded yes I was looking for a specific lip palette and she pointed at a row of lip sticks nowhere near what I was looking for walked away and didn't follow up with me . Then after being followed around another 5 minutes I decided that I would much rather order something online then be profiled in a store I buy things from on the regular , then when my friend decided to purchase a item we waited at the register for 10 minutes before someone came . You would think after being followed for 30 minutes surely someone would already be there . I'm honestly very very very very disgusted and won't be back To this location any time soon . read more

I've been to this establishment multiple times before and today I was beyond disappointed. As soon I as I stepped foot in the door security and management were on my tail following me around the store . I felt uncomfortable as well as disappointed that I was profiled In a store I've previously bought from on multiple occasions. The customer service was terrible . Asking any of the workers for any help was like talking to a brick wall . Then when I finally figured out things on my own a cashier , manager , or floor associate were nowhere in sight . I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come . read more

Beautiful store with wonderful selection. However, the customer service is lacking. During my visit I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Disappointing considering few customers. When I asked an employee if I could get my ColorIQ, she was not happy. She had me wait while she went around the store replacing all the wire baskets. My interaction with her was disappointing. I do not believe my ColorIQ is correct, it didn't seem she was familiar using the device. She did not offer to help me with a new foundation choice. And she told me that this store doesn't do events or offer free services/classes. The sales rep suggested another location! Checking Sephora's website, this is incorrect. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything. read more
