Came here from an hour away due to high expectations for their collections unique inventory compared to anything in the south florida area. I was expecting to see some of the fragrances i had seen on social media (tik tok, instagram, yt shorts, all of them) and was i surprised! They have EVERYTHING!! Walking in to be greeted by an extremely knowledgeable fragrance connoisseur, Maurice was extremely helpful in taking us on a fragrance tour. he gave us the history on so many unique fragrances along with spraying everything on scent cards so we could smell them for ourselves. From the queens personal perfumer to JFKs personal fragrance, we were amazed with how diverse his collection is. Ended up purchasing a new signature scent after over an hour of sniffing around, which to be honest i could've spent another hour there (not joking)... This is the equivalent to a fragrance museum with the amount of knowledge we gained! Humongous shoutout to Maurice for taking his time to walk us through everything and make us feel at home. The sheer volume of incredibly unique fragrances is honestly breathtaking. I appreciate how they make niche perfumes accessible - they are a very knowledgeable couple and fun to be in the store. I also order online from time to time (they have nice holiday sales) since I live in LA. both in person & online, they have great customer service. friendly and accommodating. they hosted a unique online event that I enjoyed too, a Veronique Gabai masterclass where they sent us the fragrances via mail and we learned about each one over Zoom. very cool! read more

What a gem. I came here to buy a fragrance I couldn't get anywhere else...and ended up leaving with three other fragrances lol. There is a huge variety of niche fragrances here. Something for everyone. You'll likely pay a bit of a premium for these fragrances but it's so worth it. You'll smell unique. The fragrances last much longer. And well, they smell better than the basic stuff you'll find in other stores. The owner is so knowledgeable and made a bunch of recommendations based on what I like. I'm sure it's his customer service that drives the perfect rating for this store. Even when there was three of us there at the same time, he gave us each personalized attention. I smelled a good 30 fragrances before landing on two for myself and one for my girlfriend. I have a fruity, creamy, smooth one for the summer and another one that smells like an almond croissant for evenings and cooler weather. This place was hard to find and park as there were so many events happening in the area as well as I think an Easter parade was earlier. Was warmly greeted by Bhavika and she showed me all of the Niche fragrances that I only thought Harrods in London carried. They had many items not seen in NY or Cali. It was a welcoming surprise. She showed me the new lines/houses and told her of my preference in scents. She showed me so many awesome frags that I didn't know existed. I showed up at this location and it said closed, ten minutes after it is stated to open. I called and the owner said he would be there in 15 minutes. I waited for 30 and called again and no answer. Wonderful shop carrying a range of elite niche fragrances and adjacent products like hair mists and candles. I recently had an extremely positive interaction that started out with a mistake on both sides - - they pulled the wrong fragrance for me, and I didn't notice until after having paid for it, taken it home and opened it (ugh). I can't say this was their fault, both I and the salesperson were wearing masks and the perfume I asked for had a similar name and was sitting next to the one I wanted. They were extremely cool about making it right despite their reasonable policy not to return open products. I got some nice suggestions and samples on both my visits. I'm a bit of a fraghead and this kind of shop is exactly my catnip; they had fragrances out on display that I had only ever seen on the internet and offered just the right mix of offering assistance but letting you explore the fragrances on your own. So honestly even if they had been more strict about the exchange I'd probably still shop there! But they earned a loyal customer through their thoughtful service. read more

I was excited to check out OSME during a recent business trip to Miami. We'd had dinner at Kush in Wynwood (highly recommend) and was super happy to see they were open. Maurice was there helping another customer when I arrived. He was immediately attentive and the customer he was helping was very friendly as well! The tone was set for my visit. Maurice took his time and explained the fragrances he thought I'd enjoy. Fantastic! He asked me questions of what I enjoyed and what was already in my fragrance collection. He went on to offer me samples for fragrances I commented on. Good luck going to Saks and getting anyone with any knowledge of fragrances close to Maurice or to be as generous with their time and attention.
