I saw clothing, decorative pillows, party supplies and gift bags and wrapping, Crocs knockoffs, baskets, dishes, kitchen ware, glass bottles, pet supplies, home decor, drug store supplies, toys, towels, cleaning supplies, and more. This kind of store is really fun to explore because you never know what you will find. I found some really cute sweet and salty snack canisters that I can fill with treats for inexpensive work presents. This is a women clothing store. Men, beware…read more I was kind of surprised about this place. Kara New York? Where's the New York location, I wondered, or is it one of those Miami places that love to piggyback on a famous city name like New York? Most likely the latter. Either way, I was surprised even more - it's a nice place (I didn't smell anything fishy when I walked in here) that looks clean, very organized, and is pretty inexpensive. They're nice knock-off clothings - but none of that bling-bling which you can find pretty much anywhere else in Miami. I'm not going to say that the quality is the best - because they probably are not. I'm not going to say that they're trendy - since it's all subjective, and I truly believe it's a person that makes a piece of clothing trendy or not. Find the diamond in the rough - and doing it here is pretty much an easy shot without hurting your pocket! Especially when comparing with other knock-off clothing shops located in warehouses around Miami that's haphazardly disorganized. This is a nice (and good) change. I reminded her that all the scented body care is already unsealed and is quite literally only meant to be smelled and browsed before buying... she then just stood at the end of the isle talking to herself ... However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the Marshalls located at 255 E Flagler Street, as I felt mistreated, frustrated, and powerless. I purchased a seasonal candle for $7.99, and shortly after leaving the store, it slipped from my hand and fell to the floor. Since I was still very close by, I returned to the store hoping to either replace the broken candle or receive credit toward another. To my surprise, both the cashier and the floor manager refused to assist me in resolving the situation. They did not offer to replace the candle with a similar one or provide any form of credit. I was disappointed by their lack of professionalism and willingness to help, especially as a frequent customer who had spent nearly $100 in the store just the day before. I believe it's important for businesses to recognize that customer service matters, and I hope that this feedback encourages a more supportive approach in the future.
