One of the 'scent' offenders....This is Dash!

I can't understand why this company has such a low review rating as, in my mind, it's one of the very best! Not only is the Aromadd diffuser a wonderful investment, our home no longer smells like 4 dogs! The light scent is just wonderful. I have it set to turn on at 7 am, as we are getting up, and off at 8 pm (well, we go to bed early after dealing with all the drool, etc). Also, I contacted the company recently about a question and received stellar service AND follow up from Cindy at Customer Support. She couldn't have been more responsive nor nicer. As a side note: the Aromadd scents seem to be stronger than the competition. Don't skimp on the scent - you pay for what you get! Thanks Aromadd for making our house smell like a HOME again! I'd give it ten stars if I could. Picture is of one of the main offenders....

I wanted to love Aroma360 so bad. I tried twice. And you know what they say... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. My first order with Aroma360 was December of 2023. Within 2 months my mini pro started failing. Less and less fragrance was emitted until finally, nothing. I went through their chat, then email, then techs to figure out a solution. The solution? It's broken. Buy a new one. Of course it was out of their 30 (yes, just THIRTY) days of warranty. But I had used the device less than 10 hours total. Infact, I was barely 1/5 down on the fragrance oil. I chalked it up to something weird and somehow my fault, and bought a new mini pro. Here's where the Bermuda Triangle of customer service started. I placed an order for a new mini pro on August 9th with a notice that it would take 2-3 business days to ship. What transpired following was nothing more than a bait and switch attempt. I received emails, phone calls, and multiple texts attempting to entice me to "upgrade" my purchase to their VIP subscription. One that requires a credit check and insane subscription - which they DO NOT tell you in their sales pitch. Just Google the multiple news investigations related to this. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth (I've had it easier at car dealerships) and excuses that my items were not in stock (while showing in stock online) and an ever increasing pressure to upgrade, my order was finally shipped... 15 DAYS LATER! I literally had to demand they release my shipment. My shipment arrived August 27th. We were set to leave out of the country that weekend, and did not open the device until we returned on Sept 10th. The device worked at first, but then didn't. When I opened the device to ensure everything was intact I noticed a large pool of fragrance oil inside the device. Definitely not okay. I immediately reached out to customer service and what ensued was nearly two weeks of back and forth, followed by a request to make an appointment with their service tech. Which was, oddly enough, not available until I was well outside my 30 day warranty range. I expressed my disappointment at this and requested that I speak with someone that could process the exchange. Even when I explained the timeline situation I was given no remedy. On September 24th I reluctantly called my credit card company and requested their assistance. This was a first for me. I provided them the info and they processed the claim. The very next morning, not even 12 hours later, I received an email with a refund notice. Nobody should have to go to these lengths for a simple exchange due to device malfunction. I never wanted a refund, only a device that worked. After doing some research it seems this company has a bad habit of doing these borderline illegal practices. Don't buy into their fancy marketing. The devices don't work. And the fragrance oils are hardly worth the price tag. Take it from me, don't let them push you around and just go straight to your credit card company. Nothing smells sweeter than justice.

Yet more proof. Aroma360 states they don't run that promotion!! BEWARE!!!

BE AWARE!!! This company chooses to run a promotional SCAM!!!!! I received numerous emails regarding their Black Friday promotional rebate, which was buy $50.00 in merchandise receive a $50.00 rebate in your email. THEY SCAMMED ME....I REACHED OUT TO THIS COMPANY MULTIPLE WAYS, THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR POSTED PROMOTION!!!!

Babalu Miami's Garage Sale (I mean it literally, as they are located in the fanciest (and the…read morepriciest $$$$) parking garage of all times) had its first summer sale in late June, you could get first pick of an eclectic mix of must-have items from the likes of Missoni and Kenneth Jay Lane at 20 to 70 percent off. That was cool already. One of Miami Beach's favorite retail destinations for luxury brands, Babalu Miami is located in the heart of the Herzog & de Meuron-designed retail, dining and parking structure at 1111 Lincoln Road. With products ranging from top fragrances, jewelry and accessories to beach gear and home décor, it's a one-stop shop for a chic lifestyle. Babalu Miami is one of the only stores in Miami where you can purchase Fornasetti decorative objects, Ortigia Italy candles and AussieBum swimwear. This happened to be one of my favorite boutiques that lines its shelves with everything from swim trunks to watches, home accessories to skincare, books and more. Designers Greg Melvin and Paolo Ambu opened Babalu Miami in 2010 and feature a coveted selection of luxury and must-have items. Sample fragrances from sought-after brands like C.O. Bigelow, Santa Maria Novella and Alvarez Gomez. Sunglasses from Mosley Tribes, Paul Smith, Ray-Ban, RetroSuperFuture and more are summer's ultimate accessories. Pile on jewelry from Kenneth Jay Lane, Noir, Miriam Salat and Dinosaur Designs; and stock up on skincare products from Malin+Goetz. One-stop shopping while waiting for your elevator has never looked so good!
