I loved every minute of getting my lip filler and Botox and felt completely at ease and had 100% confident in Amanda's abilities; leaving zero questioning if I'd absolutely love my results or not. She was very direct about what to expect considering I had already gotten them done before and felt more like a friend than another awkward service provider that you're trying to make small talk with. Two days post-appointment, and my lips look SO natural and exactly what I wanted. After having a horrible experience a couple years back, I thought I'd never get into fillers again, and thought thats what they would look like if I got them done again. What struck me most, was when she questioned why I wanted Botox in the areas I did which further went on about a discussion on not doing services on people if she feels they won't end up happy with the results, it won't look natural, or if you simply don't need it. It's hard to trust people this day in age, and you can really tell she's put her whole heart and soul into this and powers her business off integrity. I got a follow up call from her today, and that's something no service provider has taken the extra step to do for me as their client before. Just showing that much more professionalism in ensuring happy customers and strengthening her thriving business. This is a business I will gladly and most importantly, CONFIDENTLY, refer to everyone I know and will be a life long customer myself. We can all learn from these hard working women at The Refinery Lab. Hopefully in reading this, you will have full faith in getting your beauty services done here. Also note, that the location of the building is in downtown Miami so plan to be there at least 20min prior to your appointment. I was supposed to be there 15min early and with traffic, parking, and having to walk to find the building I ended up being 2minutes late. As a service provider myself it's irritating having late clients so don't risk losing your appointment! I live down the block and, unfortunately, my insurance no longer works with CVS, so I'm forced to come here a lot. I've never seen such an inefficient and understaffed pharmacy. If I have to pick up a prescription, I allocate at least 30 minutes. I have literally wasted days of my time over the past two years waiting just to pick up medication. On top of that, the general store is the most under stocked location that I've ever seen. You can't rely on this store for anything.
