During the call, I was encouraged to consider switching to the DaVinci system, with the claim that it would be cheaper than my original order. The representative asked for my credit information (which should have been my first red flag) and assured me it would only be a soft pull. I explicitly told him I did not want financing, but he insisted there was no financing involved and that this was simply how their orders were processed. I thought, "Okay, no problem." However, the representative lied to me. He said there was no financing, but once the process was complete, it became clear that it was, in fact, a financing agreement. When I reviewed the breakdown, it clearly included finance charges. I pointed out to him that calculating $125.38 x 36 months equals $4,513.68, which includes finance charges. I can't tell you how much I regretted answering that call.
