Horrible company to work with ! I have been with them for over 8 years . Last October they came for service and the tech told me I don't have to pay ... it's been 9 months and they called saying I have an unpaid amount . During this 9 months I've called for other services and account changes ( new credit card ) , Not once did they say I have an amount to be paid . I feel like I'm getting scammed and would NOT recommend this company to anyone . Can't wait switch companies ASAP read more

Ara, your response is very strange. I did not ask for free anything, I did not mention warranty to anyone. I was simply trying to reach out for help since you are the one who installed it. Naturally if something happens or breaks, I would reach out to you. That doesn't mean I am asking for free service. I am willing to pay for whatever the service cost. Apparently that's not how it works with your company. The reality is you think this is a very small of a job for your time. I don't know from where you are bringing the mention of free service or warranty since it was never mentioned in any call or message. Also, you did not call me or offered any options as you mentioned in your response. Either you are mistaken or simply trying to look good in reviews. The only time you called me was the next day of my first review when you told me that you will be calling me to let me know when you will show up. Which you didn't. You did not meet expectation in simple responding to a phone and keeping your word that you would call and show up. It is funny how you are saying that you don't want anyone feel ignored, when you are the one who is ignoring. And please don't give me the "reach the office" BS like it would help in anything. I don't need to reach out to the office again I'm tired of it. They couldn't even find me in the database for the first 3 times I called. What's the point? We exchanged messages I'm sure you remember well. You have my number you can call. I very much doubt that you will. read more
