I did yelp projects and just started to reach out to everyone. Immaculate Used Cars replied so…read morequickly. A couple of places were replying as well, but these guys seemed to respond better. They are very honest and I didnt feel like I was going to get scammed. I was a little nervous walking up to a used car dealership. But everything went great. I even threw the invoice into chatgpt to make sure the pricing was well. The other amazing thing was, I bought front break pads from the Mercedes dealership and I asked them if they could use those and change them since I couldnt return it back. They said yes! This is unheard of. Most service companies make money off of parts. But these guys were great. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice. I do most of the work myself because I want to avoid people scamming me. I have already told 4 people about this and plan on posting about it on instagram to let everyone know. Companies need to know if you dont scam people and work with them they will get more business. But companies are trying to get as much from customoers. Thank you KC you were the best! I will reach out for sure. Thank you for communicating so well and being available and very responsive. Work done: Replaced rear brake pads (new pads provided by the shop) Replaced rear brake rotors (new rotors provided by the shop) Installed a rear brake pad wear sensor Installed front brake pads that YOU already bought Rotate & balance tires Free multi-point inspection

To drive the car, I was told I'd need to complete a full credit application first, before any commitment. I understand qualifying buyers, but it was handled in a curt, dismissive way. This isn't my first time here either. I've come in before with the same intent to buy and walked away frustrated, though for different reasons. So I did something I don't normally do. I flew out of state to a dealer in Chicago, saw the car in person, and test drove it there. They earned the sale by treating a serious buyer like one. I took delivery of that M3 today. I'd have preferred to buy locally, but courtesy and basic respect for a ready buyer made the decision easy.

Our family is getting bigger so we finally decided it was time to get a mini van…read more We came across Carnova from a Facebook post they had for a Pacifica. It was by far the cheapest Pacifica listed , from we could tell, so we thought we would check it out. The dealership itself isn't really what you'd expect when pulling up to a dealership. It's a warehouse building that's tucked away off of state st. There isn't a front door or anything. So if they aren't already expecting you, you'd have to knock on the big garage door or something until they notice you. Fortunately, we were expected so we didn't have to wait long. Gus was the one we worked with and he was very friendly and professional. He let us take the car for a drive by ourselves while they evaluated how much they would give us for our car. We decide we wanted to move forward and at that point he walked us around the side of the shop to a side door. Inside was a little make shift office to go over numbers. The process did not take long at all, and we ended up with what I believe was a great deal. He even told us about a 30 day drivetrain warranty that the dealership provided at no cost. However this was not in writing anywhere, which made me a little wary about it. So why 4 stars instead of 5 if everything went great? About a week after owning the van, a check engine light came. We had the light diagnosed and discovered there was an issue with cylinder 4, and that the top two engine mounts were shot. We notified Gus of this issue and he gave us no trouble at all, and had us drop the car back off at the dealership so they could take a look. They had it for about a week and a half or so. They said they didn't get the check engine light to come up but did fix the engine mounts and discovered a small coolant leak. Another day or so of having it, the check engine light popped up again for the same issue. Again, Gus did not give us any trouble and they took the car back. They had it for two weeks this time, but reported that they made the necessary repairs. I wish we had been offered a temporary car while they had our car for a total of almost a month, but I suppose I should be happy that they upheld their 30 day warranty (which they very easily could have chosen not to do) Despite the issues we had with the car, I would 100% return to buy another car here. It's very difficult to find an honest car dealership these days

Would not recommend it. If you really want one of the cars…read morethere, please spend some money to do a full inspection because they cover the issues really well and you won't find it until it is too late.
