Everyone on the team was respectful and easy to have around, and the quality of the work turned out great. One thing I really appreciated was how the main supervisor kept checking in with me throughout the project to make sure I was happy with how things were looking and to get my input on details. They also coordinated smoothly with a separate window installation company, which made the whole process a lot less stressful on our end. At one point I changed my mind last minute about the placement of my light fixtures, and they were super accommodating and took care of it without any issue, which I really appreciated. DWD Anaheim were great on being on top of getting quotes and checking in with us as we worked with our GC. The sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Unfortunately he departed and assured us we were in good hands during the transition. The logistics timeline got tricky and all the materials had some missing windows or broken glass during delivery. The communication was lacking and they improved when I met them in person to address the issues. The downfall of delay of ordering new pieces had a domino effect to other trades for our home renovation to two months :(. I took two stars off due to the domino effect of lack of communication about missing pieces or how long it will take in ordering new materials. But they did work magic behind the scenes but it would be nice if they were more transparent about it.

But they don't stand behind their product or being upfront and honest about little things. The door we bought was the floor model and didn't have deadbolt on it and the manual lock and handle part was one long piece . But the owner told us that we can buy any deadbolt with2 inches thick will fit. And recommended us to buy door handle from him for almost 400$ . We later found out that not every 2 inches deadbolt would fit. It was headache to find one. and we found out we bought very overpriced door handle from him. Even top brand like Schlage is a lot cheaper. But the worst thing is when we got our door. The screw that they put in to change to our new handle we bought from them were cut and we couldn't get the door to opened. We had to drive back to get the screws and took the whole handle off and took broken screws out. On top of that on the door knob area. There are scratches from taking the old door handle off. And 2 small deep dents into the door because of the old lock. I wasn't happy about the door condition. It would be more professional if he would be upfront about these dent and scratches and warn us it might happen if the door lock changed. So that we know and aware of this. He offered the exchange but the new door would take at least 12-15 weeks but no refund was offered. We had no choice but hto keep it. If you want to get the iron door from them. Think twice. U don't want to deal with headache like I did.

The sunroom was built from prefabricated modular panels with their patented heat-insulated glass windows, which felt sturdy and looked great. We were also able to lock in a discounted price during their sales event. David Donnelly and his team worked thoroughly from start to finish, including the initial planning/presentation, testing of the deck foundation, obtaining the building permit, sunroom construction, and cleanup. They were not always on top of giving us notice on schedule changes and next phases, but our schedule was flexible so we did not mind. Also, we greatly appreciated that their accounting department worked with us to manage the payments from different accounts at different times that helped our tax planning. Overall, we are happy with the sunroom and we look forward to using it as our new home office.

The circumstances were challenging due to the roof eaves being so low on our ranch style home. However, Ambiance integrated a dormer so seamlessly that it looks like it has always been there. The final product is beautiful. The room is used almost every day and/or evening. The temperature does get somewhat high in the summer months - but that is to be expected with glass and aluminum construction plus the room has large Southern and Western exposures. Also, a few small service issues have arisen over the past 2 years and they were satisfactorily addressed. David, the owner, and all the staff have always been professional and easy to work with during the entire process.

I would not hire them with my own money under any circumstances, as almost any idiot with a saw -- and they are certainly that -- could provide better value.

These dual pane windows keep my home cool all day. With solar panels and dual pane windows I have not had an electric bill in 8 years. After 20 years I had a window that leaked in the rain and shortly after I called due to one window losing the seal between the dual panes. Nuimage came out immediately, resealing the leak and replacing the window that lost the seal. Their customer service is 5 stars all the way. These windows come with a lifetime warranty, which is only as good as the company. I highly recommend Nuimage's products, workmanship and customer service.

We received a quote from the company (email from Kristin) in a timely manner and once we decided to move forward, Kristin showed up same day to pick up 50% deposit. What was estimated to take 12 weeks stretched on much longer. Received an update in June that doors were still "a few weeks out." Received an update in September that they were waiting on the glass. At this point I was highly skeptical we would ever receive the doors. Then, suddenly, things moved fast. We were asked to pick a color. We were given an installation date. And low and behold, today (October 28) the same Travis showed up to perform the install. I give 5 stars for the quality. We are happy with the professional look and feel of this door. I learned my coworker previously worked for a year in the door industry and his impression is that these were sturdy, high quality doors, with a clean install. I give 2 stars for their ongoing communication, which has much room for improvement. Delivering 5 months past the estimate would have been more bearable with clearer, ongoing communication. I was always the one reaching out for updates.
