Finding a company you can trust when it comes to something as important as your roof and gutters isn't always easy, but Precision really exceeded my expectations. The entire process was handled extremely well. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work before getting started. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt like they cared about doing the job correctly rather than simply rushing through it. The quality of their workmanship was also impressive. The roofing work looks fantastic, and the gutters were installed neatly, professionally, and installed to perfection. You can tell that the crew takes pride in what they do and pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. They worked hard, kept the area organized, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was finished. What stood out to me most was the combination of quality, professionalism, and customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They made what could have been a stressful home improvement project feel straightforward and manageable. It's not often that you come across a company that delivers great work while also treating its customers with respect. Precision Gutters and Roofing absolutely earned my trust and recommendation. If you're considering having roofing, gutter, or even siding work done, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. They do quality work, communicate well, and clearly care about making sure their customers are happy with the finished product. Thank you to the entire team at Precision Gutters and Roofing for the excellent work and great experience. I'm extremely happy with the results and would gladly use them again in the future!

We hired Precision Gutters & Roofing to install the roof on our newly built home. Their estimate…read morewas substantially more favorable than the others, so we asked Ben if there was a catch. He assured us they used quality materials and stood behind their quoted price. We appreciated his straightforward answer and decided to go with them. During the job, the crew repeatedly ran short of roofing materials. At first, none of us understood why. Ben eventually discovered that a third-party roof-measurement service had calculated the roof dimensions incorrectly--an issue Precision had never encountered in the thousands of roofs they had estimated. There was no reason for them to expect that calculation to be wrong until the material quantities made the problem apparent. We were understandably worried about what that might mean for the project, but Ben came out, clearly explained what had happened, and immediately reassured us that Precision would take care of it. They made it clear that no additional cost from the error would be passed on to us. Precision brought out the additional materials and finished the roof without asking us to pay more. Ben also stood by the original gutter estimate after discovering that it had been affected by the same measurement problem, and agreed to return to do that work at the quoted price. The third-party calculation error caused some worry and delays, but what stayed with us was how Ben handled it. He took responsibility, treated us with kindness and respect, and followed through on his commitment. He could have left us with a difficult situation, but instead he made it right and saw the project through. We're grateful for Ben and the team at Precision Gutters & Roofing. Their integrity and customer service earned our trust, and we'd gladly recommend them. Thanks, Eric and Sheila

He had an estimator at our property right away and fit us in their very busy schedule. From the staff at the front desk to the guys in the field, I have nothing to but praise for this company. Professional, knowledgeable and Perfect! Than you again! Description of work: I needed to have repairs completed on a brand new Flattop roof that was installed by another roofing contractor that specializes in Flattop Roofing and Construction. Aside from the leaks, the original roofer and his workers broke beyond repair our 126 year old architectural skylight. The roofer that specializes in Flattop Roofing and Construction then placed a lien on our property, threatened us, screamed at me, called my husband names, acted completely and totally unprofessional, lied about his credentials to include his insurance and bond, and sued us for breach of contract. Though the original roofer claimed he had completed all work, it took $2,100 to fix all the mistakes. This was such a horrific experience spanning 4 months and costing us over $17,000 for a new roof. C & K came to our rescue and pulled us from the hell we had to endure. Love this company, the installers and Paul!

I even called to gently remind them and they still didn't send it. Everything happens for a reason though and I am so happy we were forced to look elsewhere and got referred to Black's instead. Our gutters had been destroyed by ice dams this past winter and were beyond repair. Plus, they were cheap and never really held up that great to begin with. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how cheap my old gutters were until I saw the quality materials used by Black's. Not only did we replace all the gutters around the house, we decided to get covers and heat strips added as well. Big job! They are not cheap but quality work comes at a price. Recently, we had our front yard landscaped and I was very concerned it would be destroyed by falling debris. These guys were amazing. They did an outstanding job and took care to not damage my new landscaping. They did such a good job, I had their masonry dept. come out to fix our rock, light pillars at the end of my driveway (also destroyed by the harsh winter). Again, an amazing, professional job!
