Jeff Sitton, owner, stated wrinkles are "normal" in winter installations and they will do nothing about it. We were sent a note of apology for any inconvenience and a certificate for dinner out after we began to be concerned and complain. When further pressed, Jeff Sitton contacted GAF. We got a letter from the manufacturer saying "wrinkles are normal" but we received no response to our questions concerning this specific roof i.e. had they seen pictures of it? Jeff came out to inspect the roof on February 3rd of this year. He stated the wrinkles were normal and this was in fact a beautiful job in his opinion. He offered us $500 dollars. He later stated Spokane Roofing would, however, redo the roof and he would email me confirmation of our conversation. We would like our money back but agreed to a new roof with the understanding it had to be of better quality than this installation. No email from Jeff as of February 12th even with a reminder email from me on the 8th of February. I wrote the GAF manufacturer again this evening with the attached pictures. Frustrating. I started the process of concern and compliant over a year ago now. Long delays, promises to address the issue, and non-responsiveness. Don't hire this company.
