Unfortunately, purchasing a refurbished lab top from them was a different experience. After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. I figured it was safe since my previous service experiences had been positive and I had never felt like I was being ripped off. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. This Dell, however, is the worst machine I have ever had. It is, by far, the slowest computer I have ever used and it does not maintain a charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use. Soon after losing $600 on this pile of junk, I notified Ready Set Repair of its issues via their online portal. I never received a response. I will not be going back to Ready Set Repair for services, sales, or anything else. The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. Eco friendly products are great if they do the job. In this case, they did not. Our shower tile grout was "cleaned" and looked about 20% better than before the cleaning. Scott came the next day to fix the job. After he left, it was about 50% cleaner, still having discoloring and stains. Overall, if you want a friendly service to do a fair job of cleaning your house at a high price, Time Maid Cleaning will meet your needs.

My friend called around 5:21 PM to ask where they were and the lady told her that they were on their way and that there were no notes. When we called after 6 o'clock, which is the time that they were supposed to be there by, the lady told us that they showed up, but nobody was here. Of course, that was a lie. I was at my house and no one showed up. No one knocked on the door and no one attempted to call either. No truck entered the property. The lack of communication was horrible! Do not suggest!!!
