I recently emailed print and lamination service request to the Casa Grande AZ OfficeMax. Right before payment, I noted it stated my order would be ready next business day. It was a few minutes before 2pm. I need the items early the next morning. I had the thought to call the print department! Gentleman I spoke to confirmed that there were orders ahead of mine therefore the information I received. He inquired about the order and I shared information with him. He mentioned they may be able to get it done (no promises) by 6pm that day. He was polite, sincere, and empathetic. I submitted the order with fingers crossed. Best part of this? I received a text message well before 6pm that my order was ready for pickup! I was able to get my print service products delivered the next morning right on schedule! I only needed sleeves and copy paper. Their copy paper was 2 for $12. However, when I took it to the checkout, it rang up individually. I noticed that as I got ready to put my credit card in. Thus, I mentioned it to the cashier, Steve. Wow! He jumped all over me telling me that he hadn't totalled it yet. I indicated to him that he gets pretty irritated when someone mentions it to him. He said he has to explain it a 100 times a day. Then, I said but you've only said it to me once and you jumped all over me. He did apologize but he definitely needs better customer service manners. read more

We went in to print a poster and the person who first helped us was helpful he did all he could to print. Then a second guy came. He fixed the issue but since I been printing a lot lately and now have a routine to check the work before leaving. The second guy came up with all the excuses of why it printed the way it did. And I shared I have been coming to print regularly and it doesn't print like that he immediately responded "I been doing it too" and then the other guy says why don't we cut it? The rude guy says "I'm not going to do that" and walks off. All this second guy did was argue and finally reprinted. It came out good like it's supposed to after the second print. The one employee was helpful but the other was flat out rude. I would not go back there unless I absolutely have to. read more

Walk in with 3-4 people in line at the service center, one person working there, and 3 employees standing around talking among themselves. Only when challenged did anyone step over to help. What an utter failure. read more

The worst office max Office Depot I never been 90 even a paper cutter to cut anything would not take my Pure-Romance card as a discount for copies said they had a pair scissors which I have at home and I have a copier at home I should've just stayed at home sorry never come here again. What a joke!!! I wish staples never left! Casa Grande's OfficeMax managers are Jerks. Tried to do a price match and they fight you on it. Never buying from them again. Hope the manager I dealt with gets replaced by a better customer service oriented person. read more
