I went inside and checked myself in at the kiosk, then explicitly informed an AT&T representative that I had a 9:00 AM appointment. Instead of acknowledging me, she completely ignored what I said and just kept talking to another customer. She didn't even give a basic courtesy like, "I'll be right with you." When she finally did assist me to change my screen protector, the only actual conversation she bothered to have was trying to upsell me on my phone plan and asking if I had AT&T internet. Very poor customer service at this location and zero acknowledgment of scheduled appointments.

I assume she was in a hurry to go to lunch as she sat some safety glasses in front of me and took off. I sat there for maybe 35 min before someone noticed I hadn't been helped. Doc was great, pretest tech with the colorful hair had amazing energy and was just so sweet. The last rep who assisted with completing the order was amaze balls. When the other young lady returned, she asked me if I was done with the safety glasses snarky as though I was responsible to put them away. The young lady that was helping me needed help with a few task and would turn to the other young lady (long hair with glasses) for assistance and she was even nasty to her. I told Jesse what was going on and he pointed and said, "the glue is over there" .... I had to give a black stare like WHERE?! There's a million things over there. I go to the area to look around and here comes Jesse with 3 men escorting them to what they needed and helping in great detail. As I'm looking over at them, one of the gentlemen said, "ma'am do you need help" Jesse then says, "it will be a minute" and walks away. She tossed my printout to the side and would not even acknowledge it.. She was rude and unhelpful to customers. She will be the cost of 2 Businesses to not come buy in the Maricopa,Arizona Store. We have been to several Harbor Freight Stores and never been treated so unprofessional and inconsiderate.
